This is not thin privilege, this is factual.
Nowhere did she even mention weight. Laziness is not taking care of your personal hygiene, not caring about your appearance at all - meaning messy and likely in attractive hair. Probably no use of make up so you’d never have a unique look.
These things all need effort to combat, and they’re all required to be a successful model.
