I’ve seen this a number of times, and I feel the need to point out that this is a clip the making of the episode (check the link in the description), not the actual episode itself. This is likely rehearsal footage, because it is filmed from a different angle, with a shakier camera, and doesn’t appear in the episode.
Also pretty sure Nikolaj Coster-Waldau would be required to have his gold hand on for this scene.
