Premise: In an alternative universe where Xiao and Venti didn't meet again after the latter saved the former and they didn't become close friends, Xiao still often dreamed of the music he heard that night to keep himself sane. The Traveler recruited the archons of Mondstadt and Liyue and they found a way to purge Liyue from the remains of the old gods for good together. Therefore, Xiao is now free from his perpetual burden and obligations, yet not completely of his karmic torment. As the yaksha is lost, not knowing what to do with this newfound freedom and haunted by old memories everywhere, Venti offers a suggestion: what if Xiao traveled back to Mondstadt with him as a tourist to heal his soul and find himself in a fresh place?

This chapter: In which there wasn't only one bed, but why would you want to use the other one? Venti discovers interior design, Xiao discovers the meaning of comfy, and both discover they love the other one too much.
