Eurocosplay / London Comiccon :D

Heyo! Hope ya’ll had a great weekend!? Myself, I spent it with @chibifie at London Comiccon and represented Sweden in Eurocosplay!!
Here’s a bunch of pics and happy notes from this amaaaazing experience!! A HUGE THANK YOU to the organizers and crew, they have been true heroes! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and totally blown away by the level of cosplay awesomeness presented from all around Europe!
FRIDAY
Got up at 4.15 to get to the airport in time for our morning flight. Not a lot of sleep, and heavy luggage, but it went well. Spent approx 1,5 hours getting from Heathrow to the hotel where we left our luggage. We then took the subway (or as the Brits call it “the tube” ?!) to a mall where we had a delicious meal and did some shopping :3
We then got back to the hotel, changed into cosplay and walked arounf the con for a while before the Eurcosplay gathering where we met the other contestants. I really enjoyed getting to know a few of them a little better, and meeting cosplayers which I’ve only spoken to online before. Sadly we didn’t get the chance to talk to everyone, but gathered quite a few coscards during the weekend! >8D Gotta catch ‘em all!
Sofie as Alice from Shadow Hearts, I’m Gadget from Rescue Rangers. :) Got quite a few “Oooooh my childhood!”-comments :) Felt very cute!

SATURDAY
GAME DAAAAY! >8D
We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and then headed to the convention to assemble the staff and put on the costume. Had the opportunity to look at the stage as well before pre-judging, which went by fast. I was so nervous, but did my best to present my work.
OMG!! SO MANY PEOPLE! We could hardly get around!
Saturday was a loooot of waiting around, first for pre-judging and then for the stage to start, but I had great company with the people backstage :) Totally forgot about taking proper pictures, but managed to get a few selfies at least;

More “Bioware trash”! XD Aaaah, Narya (Lithuania) was so much fun!
Gotta love the “moth babies”!! Kaldorei (UK) cosplayed such an evil character, yet she was probably the sweetest cosplayer I met all weekend! <3 And, the FLUFFY MOTHS!! Soooo cute!
@chrixdesign (Norway) by far had the coolest prop! The Transistor sword with bluetooth connection, which lit up and also had an internal speaker! The only thing it lacked was a wifi-spot! XD
My hotel-breakfast-buddy Scarlett costuming and art (Denmark) looked totally badass in her barbarian costume!
As I was number 28, and there were no screens back stage I could only view the acts after me, so I missed most of the show :( So I can harly wait until I get to watch it, whenever it’s posted online! :D My parents, fiancé and friends in Sweden and other european countries watched the show through Twitch and I am so happy and greatful for their support, encouragement and kind comments <3 It means so much to me! Thank you! I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am!
After the show I came across a Fenris! X33 Ultimate romance goal accomplished! :D
After the show, we were tired but happy! Showered and went to the after-dinner where we chatted with a few of the other contestants before crashing into bed.
SUNDAY
Sofie and I took it fairly easy and actually had time to browze the convention for a while.

Rarely buy merc, but couldn’t resist getting this BMO-mug at the Cartoon Network stand! :D The crew there enjoyed my cosplay so much they gave me a medal! Eeeeeek!! X3 I’m sooo happy! I love this show so much! <3
TLDR;
Eurocosplay and London Comiccon was AMAZING!! All the other cosplyers were AMAZING!! And @chibifie is AMAZING for coming with me, being my support this full weekend! THANK YOU for this AMAZING experience!! I hope to come back, and seeing many of your lovely faces again! <3
