Can’t quite believe I’m doing this. I’ve never been comfortable asking anyone for money. But the situation is quite desperate as my bills are due in less than two weeks and what I’m getting this month won’t be enough to cover any of them. Like I said in my previous post, I can’t ask my family for help. I also don’t have any skills so can’t make anything to sell and get money that way. So I made a gofundme, if there is anyone out there who is able to help I would be forever grateful.

it’s now about a week left until the bills due date and we’ve reached 25% of the goal amount, which is huge to me.

I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:

IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.

1. Scroll to the top of your dashboard.

2. See the circular question mark icon at the top? It’s the third one over from your home symbol. Click on that, and a screen similar to the one in the picture will come up.

3. Where you can type in questions, the box with the magnifying glass at the top, type in the word “suicide.”

4. Click on the first link that shows up. It should say, “Pass the URL of the blog on to us.”

5. Type in the user’s URL and tell Tumblr admin that the user is contemplating suicide and has posted a message indicating that they are going through with it or will be attempting. Hit send! Tumblr administration will perform a number of actions to contact the user and take the necessary steps to prevent the suicide.

TUMBLR: THIS COULD SAVE A USER’S LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE SUICIDE THREATS.

This week has been absolute dog shit so i can’t risk it.

hi. if you’ve been following me for awhile, you know the deal with my mom. if you haven’t been, my mother has metastatic breast cancer (stage four cancer). this is her second battle with breast cancer, but this time it looks like it’s going to take her. the cancer has spread to her liver, taxing it to the point where she’s constantly sick and experiencing the symptoms of liver failure. her doctors have limited options at this point, so we’re preparing for the end.

grace and i are planning on getting to california as soon as possible (like, the second weekend of july). my mother is my only parent alive and grace and i have had a deal that, if her health took a downturn, we would get married in california with her there. we’ve already filed for a marriage license and that’s, truly, our main objective of getting to california.

between moving and being sick, i don’t have any vacation time left at my work, so any time i take off is going to be unpaid. we just moved, and our savings took a hit from that. my birthday is july 6th, and this year if you’re able, i’m going to put out that any financial help would be greatly appreciated. all money would go towards travel and covering loss of wages. i have paypal and my cashapp is $isthbel. i cannot offer anything in return besides my extreme gratitude. i know there are other funds and causes worth donating to more, so if you can’t help financially, my family could use positive thoughts or prayers at this time. if praying for something specific, please pray for more time/an ease of her pain.
