Dear RP partner,

I’m sorry I take 2837897845748 years to respond.

OOC- Regarding Replies

To all those I owe replies to, I apologize for being so slow! The stress of finding a part time job, practicing my art, and other things in life have been very distracting. On top of that, i haven’t had any rp/writing muse. Me and my muse are still interested in all the rps I’m in, but the writing creativity just hasn’t been there. I will try to start some drafts tonight, although don’t know when they will get done. By the way, if you are in a thread with me and don’t have any more interest, please let me know. Thank you!

🚔 are you still open for this?

Mari had the unfortunate habit of poking her nose into places where it shouldn’t be. This time, it seemed, it had finally gotten her in trouble.

Still, the cell didn’t seem half bad, and she’d probably get bailed out soon enough.

At least, she hoped so.

In the meantime, there wasn’t much to do. Maybe someone else had some interesting stories or something?

Mari rapped her hand on the grate separating her cell from the next one.

“Hello? Anyone home?”

Haruko had always lived her life on the dangerous side, but this time, she couldn’t slip away from the cops.

She was unfortunately rid of her bass during her time in prison, so that left her bored out of her mind. She spent the last couple hours hanging off her bed, throwing a wad of paper up to the ceiling while humming various tunes.

When she heard the voice break the silence, she eagerly jumped off the bed. Finally, someone to talk to!

“Me!” Haruko replied. “Man, its so boring here!” She added a dramatic sigh.

It was a busy day at the beach- it being a beautiful day and all. Haruko took a break from her usual shenanigans and was sprawled out on a lounge chair, wearing a large bizarre looking straw hat. Occasionally she’d lean over and take a sip of the sourest lemonade.

Then, a huge gust of wind blew against her, and sent her hat quickly flying off.

HEY YOU, GET BACK HERE!” She shouted and chased after her hat. However, someone had beaten her to it.

Josh held the hat and looked at the girl. “I-Is this yours, Miss?” He asked, walking over to her.

“Yes!” Haruko forcefully snatched the hat from the boy. “Agh, I hope this didn’t get too dirty!” She aggressively brushed off the sand. The hat was very rare, so she tried her best to keep it in mint condition. That had already failed.

“Oh! Oops! I forgot to thank you! Thank you kind sir!” Haruko grinned and placed a hand on his shoulder.

“Welcome!” He gave a small shy smile. “Er, would you like some company, Miss?” He asked.

“Yea! It gets kinda boring by yourself, ya know?” She replied, starting to walk back to her chair.

“I’m Haruko, by the way. Haruko Haruhara. Just call me Haruko though.”

“Twelve!” Haruko replied with pride, swinging her bag over her shoulder. Which by the way, was actually a guitar bag. It was roomy enough that it could hold a few school stuff, though. Haruko brought that bass pretty much everywhere, so she doubled the case for it as a schoolbag.

“And are you in grade six?” She inquired. There was a small pause. Before Akane could answer, the tall girl laughed, “Just kidding! I’m not a useless douchebag like those bullies.”

Akane blinked twice and then focused her gaze intently on her shoes. In reality, Haruko’s guess wasn’t far off: she was in seventh grade, qualified to follow the middle school curriculum. She wasn’t a high schooler yet, but even though her opinion of Haruko wasn’t very high, her scorn still singed Akane’s pride.

“…Yeah, something like that,” She answered quietly, her fingers fiddling with her backpack straps. “That means you’re going to finish high school soon, right?”

Is that why she’s so wild all the time…? Akane wondered, barely managing to restrain the thought in time. However, she lifted her gaze to Haruko in curious scrutiny.

“That’s right! God, I can’t wait to be freed from this place.” Haruko responded gleefully.

She observed the younger student calmly, yet her stare probably made Akane a tad uncomfortable. This girl may become her only friend in high-school, ever. Haruko was hard to get along with for most people, with her selfish and eccentric attitude. It was really rare for someone to want to be around her. Haruko wasn’t deeply offended by this, but she didn’t understand why people didn’t take a liking to her.

“Well, I gotta be on my way now. See ya!” Haruko strode off and waved back to the freshman.

This is not just an rp blog.

This is an ask blog, as well. As in, come into my askbox, anon or not, and talk to my character. I am always open for conversation.

Gonna change my theme

..”Again?” you’re probably thinking (im asking myself that too)

I feel like this one doesn’t really represent Haruko as much as I’d like it to- its too pale and pastel-ish. I’m thinking a darker background, some galaxy and different layout overall would do.
