yo but has anyone considered a modern rey/finn/poe au because if not you’re all missing out.

- environmentalist college student rey who pretty much owns the agricultural department with the time she spends there, she’d attend protests regularly with her boyfriends in tow - finn plays football & majors in history & social work with a minor in english - poe’s an air force veteran that works at an autobody shop run by han & leia, he owns an overly chubby corgi dubbed bb-8 because why the hell not - the three unofficially live together at poe’s apartment & sneak up onto the roof to go stargazing - finn goes to the agricultural department between classes to check up on rey & on occasions brings her lunch - poe picks them both up after classes - rey & poe attend all of finn’s games & take turns wearing his jersey & varsity jacket - rey being able to pick up & twirl finn around after games before poe crushes them into a group hug - GIANT BEAR HUGS - cuddle piles that result in limbs all over the place - just dance battles at three in the morning whenever poe has nightmares caused by ptsd - the three workout together & go jogging in the afternoons with bb-8 - REY WITH AN UNDERCUT

      HC TIME;  for sare’s ghost verse she doesn’t realize        she’s dead as she holds no recollection of the events        that led up her grisly murder. despite her home being        burned down she still believes that riordan will return        & though she leaves to explore she returns at the end        of the day in fear he’ll punish her for leaving. if put into         situations that trigger memories of the night of her          death her appearance changes to that of when she        was killed, ripped clothes, head smashed in, & throat        ripped out.

( tw: cannibalism, implied domestic abuse, murder, & violence just in general. ) 

   all events prior to her discovery of her parents grisly murders & sister’s disappearance are still relevant in this au. this serves as a reverse/ alternative world where large key-factors to sare’s personality & background are heavily altered. her fc for this verse will be malese jow unless specified.
she’s never allowed outside & riordan keeps her on a short leash as he swears it’s for her own good. it doesn’t keep her from sneaking out though, she’s careful about it as she knows angering him is a bad idea. though it proves to be of no avail as he finds out from neighbors. due to his paranoia of being captured & sare leaving escaping him he bludgeons her to death & eats her corpse (as she does to him in her main verse). after sare’s murder he burns down their home & relocates. unaware to her she’s a ghost (as she doesn’t remember the events of that night). she strays from the remains of her home but does return under fear that riordan will find her if she doesn’t. now onto side notes, if provoked or put into a situation reminiscent of confrontations she’s had with riordan she’ll lash out violently. these outbursts rarely end well for those near her & once she’s calmed down she’ll hold no recollection of the events. as she died in the early 50’s she still believes that it’s that time period.

       her dislike for the other’s kind isn’t something she        hides, she merely finds them DISGUSTING. &&        perhaps it’s quite unfair as she’s not much better        herself yet she’ll still continue to scrunch up her         nose && raise her voice shrilly.
