An ordinary day becomes unsound in Reverberance, an ASMR-style horror short that I co-wrote and co-directed with TJ Frizzi.

The Horror Revolution hails the three-minute short as "creepy as f-ck," while Boston Hassle calls it "an ethereal, commendable little film accentuated by its innovative creature design."

Reverberance stars Sheri Lee and Brian Bouyea. It features award-winning special effects by Jordan Pacheco.

John Carpenter has shared a new rendition of "69th St. Bridge" from Escape from New York. It's the second track released from Anthology II (Movie Themes 1976-1988), which comes out on October 6 via Sacred Bones Records.

A24 created a Talk to Me "party hand" that serves as a smoking device or incense burner. Designed by Craighill, the full-scale ceramic piece measures 8.5" high, 8.5" long, and 4" deep. It costs $110 and is scheduled to ship by November 30.

Talk to Me will be released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 3 via Lionsgate. Amazon carries an exclusive 4K UHD with lenticular art and a bonus disc ($42.99) and Walmart carries an exclusive Blu-ray with alternate art ($24.96).

Music to Freak Your Friends and Break Your Lease will be reissued on vinyl on October 4 via Real Gone Music. The 1974 electronic album is composed by poet Rod McKuen under the pseudonym Heins Hoffman-Richter.

The LP is pressed on vinyl with two color variants: glow-in-the-dark ($30; limited to 100) and sea glass with black swirl ($22; limited to 750). It's housed in a jacket with liner notes by The Second Disc’s Joe Marchese.

Richard Stanley (Hardware) directs from a script he co-wrote with Scarlett Amaris, based on the short story by H. P. Lovecraft. Nicolas Cage stars with Joely Richardson, Madeleine Arthur, Brendan Meyer, Julian Hilliard, Elliot Knight, Josh C. Waller, Q'orianka Kilcher, and Tommy Chong.

The Sandman: Season 1 will be released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on November 28 via Warner Bros. The Netflix dark fantasy series is based on the DC comic series by Neil Gaiman.
