Friendly reminder to Ohio, Alabama, georgia, etc. Residents to egg your congressmen and senators when you see them in public for these inhumane and disgusting bills they are trying to pass. They don't deserve to show their face in public or even so much as breath in the direction of women without facing ridicule and garbage to the face. You don't get to make insane claims about and violate the rights of half the population without consequences.
??? someone broke into my grandmas house while she was gone & shaved the matted fur off her cat
i want to emphasize that the cat was the only thing altered here
would also like to add that this occcurred sometime between 11 pm & 9 am. we have no leads. the cat is fine & probably appreciates not having a huge mat on his neck, but, like, that’s a really weird kind of vigilante justice, still
chaotic good

This is singlehandedly the best thing I’ve ever seen on this website
Drawing the Johto trio as characters for a Strike! campaign I’m in with some friends. The Raikou is my player character, Tilla.
I don’t know why these images of a Texas toad [Anaxyrus speciosus] looking confused in a featureless black void are so funny to me, but here we are. This little specimen is being kept in captivity by the San Antonio zoo, and was photographed by Joel Sartore as part of the Photo Ark project.
Those spots! That build! That look of determination! The red-spotted burrowing frog [Leptodactylus laticeps] is a species worthy of the highest praise. It can be found in forests and temporary ponds in Argentina, Paraguay, and Bolivia, and is a skilled burrower true to its name. While this frog is a striking and attractive species it’s important to note that its collection for the pet trade has left a dent in its numbers, and it’s better to admire it in its natural habitat as opposed to as a collector’s item. Images by expert photographer Joel Sartore.
Let’s talk about Nightjars
they are these wonderful tiny predatory birds
With great camouflage for multiple environments
And lovely plumage dependent on their species
BUT BEST OF ALL IS THEIR MOUTHS, which look small then their beaks are closed (they’ve even got cute lil’ whiskers!)
BUT ARE ACTUALLY HUUUUGE
BEST BIRD
The kodkod is the smallest cat in the Americas and primarily is found in central and southern Chile.
