Go a little behind on the updates, sorry about that guys. This last little bit of MCAT prep is taking up almost every minute of my day. My ankle hasn't really been improving so I've not been working out since my last check in. I'm trying to keep my schedule stable for the next week so I'll be holding off on working out until the week of the 10th. I'm getting angsty to get back to working out so I'm hoping that itch will help me get over the non-productive hump I was in even before my ankle started acting up. While I wait to get back in the gym I shall plot on ways to change my workout routine to make it more interesting lol.
