It’s not just about sex. Don’t get me wrong. Sex is fucking great, but when you have a connection with someone, when you feel so strong for someone, just a kiss is enough to make your knees weak. You just can’t beat that.

I hold a heavy heart for a Brother that gave the biggest sacrifice while helping a complete stranger. He was a hero to us all here on Long Island and it won’t quite be home without him in the EMS community for the Island. NYSDOH EMS and SCFRES mourn the loss of one of our very own.

Paramedic Ralph Oswald went into sudden cardiac arrest on scene aiding an unconscious patient. Paramedic Oswald lived by his wife and two children.

Condolences go out to his family, friends and members of the Dix Hills F.D., Hampton Bays V.A.C., and the North Lindenhurst F.D. As well as the Suffolk County Bureau of EMS.
