Okay, I want to be able to block the triggering posts that I can. How do I do this?

The only way I can think of is if you get tumblr savior, then blog the tags that contain said trigger. Its a chrome thing.

You can use http://washboard.ws ! It's free and it works through the internet, so you don't have to download anything. It doesn't work on people's blogs, like tumblr savior, but it works on the dashboard

Hiccup’s brows furrowed and he bit his lip as he thought about it. “I mean, yeah. I didn’t really think to bring many though.” Truth be told, he hadn’t thought the boy could read a land map much less one of the stars. He shifted through the pages slowly as he processed each of them trying to find the stars. Once found he pulled out a few pages and placed them in front of the boy. Hopefully he could understand them.

"I can run back and get them though." Hiccup mused, not really interested in heading back right now. After all Icarus did not seem very excited to be speaking about this.

Icarus looked at the maps once they’d been taken out, glancing over them. “Ahh . . That way,” he said quietly, pointing off of the furthest edge of one of the maps. “Very far.” It wasn’t worth even trying to visit his homeland now; it had probably been raided and abandoned by now.

"No need." He didn’t want Hiccup to go, after all - he’d be alone then, which wouldn’t be fun. The sixteen year old didn’t enjoy solitude as much as he used to.

"Oh, These are maps." He stated unfolding a few pages and spreading out some of the individual pages and opening books to certain pages. "I know you don’t exactly want to go home." Hiccup’s head bobbed a little bit, "I just want to see if we can find on any of our maps where you are." He stated nervously, hoping he didn’t bring up any touchy subjects.

Of course the viking was more than willing to let the boy stay here as long as he wanted. Knowing more about him was going to be imperative to his entrance into the village.

He frowned slightly as Hiccup explained the maps. Icarus didn't think it was a good idea for them to find his homeland, although he'd help as much as he could all the same. "Have . . star map?" The male most definitely knew the constellations in the sky above his home, but he didn't really know his way over land - there hadn't been much contact with that on the way here, after all.

The teenager was starting to feel a bit cold, since he was still soaking and there was a slight breeze. A few shivers passed through his thin frame as he sat, crossing his arms over his chest in an effort to conserve his own warmth.

Hiccup arrived in good time that morning, pulling a few books from the saddle he kept on Toothless’ side. Instantly he spotted the teen swimming around in the lake. “Well good morning Icarus.” Wherever he came from must have been water based for him to love it so much. He chuckled and simply waited for Icarus to leave the water, not wanting to rush him to do anything. After all the boy was just thrilled.

The viking began to search through the books leaning against his dragon. Maps were drawn all throughout their pages. Most of Berk, but some of the islands that rested around it. Lastly there was one of the mainland, its page mostly blank besides a few of the ports that vikings had visited over the years.

"Hi," he called back, diving under the water again to clean himself a little more thoroughly. The plants under the water tickled his legs as he passed by them, causing him to release a few bubbles of laughter. He came up a few moments later, shaking the water out of his hair before he came back to the shore. Icarus had had the sense to emerge somewhere that he’d be hidden, pulling his pants on before approaching the duo.

He looked curious as he saw the books, casually looking over the books from a short distance away as to not get water on them. The sixteen year old couldn’t read, but he understood that these books were about some interesting topic. “What about?” he asked, gesturing to the books.

Hiccup nodded before slowly turning to leave the clearing, Toothless bounding to join him. The viking mounted the beast and with one more look back at Icarus the two took off into the sky, heading back to the village.”I think he might be a bit more than we thought at first, huh…” He stated looking at the fish. The night fury looked back curiously, but seemed to not really care. Human or not, he was no more a mystery to the dragon than when he had first befriended Hiccup. Just as strange, just as kind, and just as curious. He gave a slight snort.

He arrived back at Berk late, late enough that no one had even the time to question his long days endeavors. Quickly and quietly he entered his house and crawled into bed. Sleep didn’t find him easily as he instead decided to ponder the day’s events. He barely knew he fell asleep when his eyes shot open to mornings light. Within a few minutes he was ready to saddle up and go meet with Icarus.

Icarus waited for Hiccup to leave before beginning to build up a tiny hut, using mud and leaves to do so. It was dry by the time the moon was directly above him, at which point he settled down inside of it to sleep.

When morning came, he was dirty and the entire shell of the egg-shaped hut was cracked, but he didn't mind. Whenever Hiccup ended up arriving, the teenager was taking a casual swim through the lake, rather enjoying the entire process of cleaning himself up a bit.

He grinned a little at him, before diving back down. This time, when he surfaced, he held a fish in his hands, still flopping for a second before he slapped it against the water so hard that it died. That done, he waded out of the water, getting on land before approaching...

Icarus gave a tiny grin, sharp teeth already cleaned of most of the remnants of the fish he'd eaten - a quick swim had taken care of that. He would have given him anything that was his own thing to give away, but since all he had were the clothes on his back, he'd caught the only thing he was capable of. "Welcome . . . " At the question, he nodded, looking around the clearing. "Yes, fine here," he replied, already thinking about how to create a makeshift home here to stay in for the night. "See tomorrow?"

"For you," he said, handing it to him. "Take home . . Cook." He knew that most of the light-skinned people in his homeland had to cook their food; he wouldn't make Hiccup eat raw fish like that.

Icarus needed no fishing pole. As soon as Hiccup was done talking, he shifted a few steps closer to the water, mumbling something that sounded like "excuse" before breaking into a sprint towards the lake. He could judge the depth of the water pretty well from back here, so after he was a few feet into the lake, he simply dived in. The few clothes he was wearing were now soaked, but he didn't care - the lake was great. It was a few moments before he resurfaced, holding a squirming fish in his mouth. With his sharp teeth, he made quick work of it. Apparently, Icarus was a messy eater, because there were fish scales and tiny droplets of blood flying away from him and into the water. Every part of the fish that wasn't to be eaten was simply going back into the lake, as nature would probably want it to.

He shrugged a little bit as Hiccup spoke to him. “Okay,” he said again, following close behind him. Icarus enjoyed this walk through the woods; it made him feel almost like he was at home . . At least, the way his home had been before he’d been taken, along with everyone else.

At the question, he looked surprised, looking up at him. “Ahhh . . Maybe,” he said quietly, hugging himself tightly. “It fine … “

Hiccup scratched the back of his head and looked back to Icarus’. He certainly only put a half a heart into that reply. He decided it was best to probably not press it for now, just worry about getting him set up and in a position to choose a new place.

The trio wandered their way through the woods, silence taking over again. Eventually the woods made way, leaving a clearing that rested in the ground. “Well, here we are. This is it.” The boy gestured. The ground made way, a cave-like opening that led into the grassy grand field. “There is fish, and water, and shelter. I mean. It’s actually pretty nice…” Hiccup smiled.

"Fish?" he repeated, eyes lighting up. "Where water?" Hunting for fish was something he enjoyed doing, and since he didn't exactly have to cook it, he could just eat it right when he caught it. By this point, he could just feel energy charging through him - he wanted to run around, jump into whatever water source there was around, and chase fish for a good while.

"Thank," he said quietly, nodding to the man in return before he left. He didn’t really get who Stoic was - he just saw the tall man as Hiccup’s father, not as a leader. Icarus would respect him, of course, but only as much as he would any other person. He cast Hiccup a tiny smile as he was spoken to, happy that neither of them had gotten into trouble. "Okay … Thank," he said, rubbing his arm awkwardly as he tried not to just stare at him. "Go now . . ?"

Hiccup nodded and started to walk out towards the grove. “Sorry about that. He can be kinda… harsh.” He stated not sure that was the proper word to describe his father. “Just don’t mind him. I’ll work at it.” Hiccup chuckled a little bit, trying to keep Icarus’ spirit up.

The walk to the grove was quite short in comparison to that they just did from the woods, and it was a familiar one. “So… Do you, Do you even want to stay here?” Hiccup asked after a while of silence. “I just realized, I-I never really asked you.”

Hiccup gave a pained look at his father’s question. It was put a little bit harsher than when he had asked. “Yeah, remember what I was saying about all that kidnapping, and crashing stuff? This is-This is still the guy I was talking about, dad.” He stated awkwardly, his hands rolling around as he spoke. “But before you passed judgement I wanted you to meet him. I know its a lot to ask, and I know its a bit of a strange request, but could you kinda maybe reconsider your uh- decision?” He asked giving a timid smile.

Stoic glared at him, to the dragon, then to his son. His face as he thought was a rather harsh angry look, but he certainly was considering it. Eventually his large hand shot up as he rubbed his face, his helmet almost falling off. “Son, I know you would like to help him. But we know nothing of this boy. I have never seen anything like him, and I don’t expect the village will react kindly to him. You brought the dragons here and we are still adjusting to that. This isn’t a request I can just take lightly. Take the child somewhere safe and I will think it over.” Stoic huffed.

Icarus kept his eyes fixed on the ground, and he tried to make his expression neutral. "I-I speak also," he said quietly, still looking downwards. "Please . . . Ahh . . " He hesitated, unsure as to how to say what he wished to. "Speak . . towards me, also. Please." It was pretty rude of Stoic to act as though he didn't understand a word; the least he could do was get spoken towards as well - it was like the man wasn't even acknowledging his presence, and that was upsetting him a fair amount.

Toothless just stared after Hiccup, not making much movement other than to settle into a sitting position. He did not make any attempts to look at Icarus after that. Well that is until he saw Hiccup returning with Stoic clumping his way behind him. After that there was a relief in his demeanor and he curled his tail around the boy defensively.

"Alright dad. This is Icarus…" Hiccup stated as they approached, gesturing the the dark skinned foreigner. The chief just stared, not giving much reaction. He seemed to just be a stone statue before giving a nod.

"Why does he look like that?" Stoic finally asked not taking his eyes off of Icarus.

At the lack of response from Toothless, he gave a soft sigh, shifting a little closer to him and waiting. As soon as Hiccup emerged again, he flinched, noticing the much taller man accompanying him. He tried to ignore the fact that the chief was weirding him out a bit, but he couldn't help the grimace that passed over his features at the rude question.

Icarus gave a soft, awkward cough, unable to just pass that off so easily. "Not from here," he said, fixing his eyes upon the ground at Stoic's feet. Why you look like that? He didn't say what he was thinking, knowing it wasn't exactly a polite thing for him to say.
