There was a shooting in Oakland, California today at about 5:45, a little less than three hours ago. The shooting occurred at 13th and Franklin streets and harmed 6 people. The ages of the victims ranges between mid teens and early twenties, and a 16 year-old girl was reportedly in “grave condition.” I haven’t really seen anything on this but I thought people in the area should be informed
