Sir? I have issues with self-esteem. I have low confidence, I always feel sad and guilty, even for the smallest things. I sometimes feel like a burden to everyone. What do you think I should do?
step one: Never feel like you are a burden. people will always love you and be there for you.
Step two: Pretend your confident. If you do that enough, slowly your confidence will rise and you will be more confident by default.
Step three: Learn to love yourself any way you can. Because loving yourself can be the most rewarding thing at the end of the day.
Levi-sama? Scenario: I'm using maneuver gear during training. I'm female and 20, btw, not a kid. So my gear rips somehow and I fall and hit my head. Hard. On the ground. And it's bleeding on the left side. And I go unconscious. Let's say you HAD to give me medical attention, because nobody else could. What would you do, step by step? I wake up, but I'm very out of it.
This is very detailed and I very much like it.
How did your gear rip? Was it the belt or a fastener piece broke causing the rip? Or a chest strap? If it was a chest strap it wouldn't cause too much damage to the 3dmg but it would be an easy fix by itself.
On to the prompt, First, I would have to see if you are alive. Check pulse on neck. Simple.
Second, try to stop the bleeding. The blood flow would slow down when pressure is applied, so I’d have to use a garment of sorts, AKA a shirt piece or my handkerchief.
Afterwords I’d need to get you to safety. That, the rest of the team could help with.
Bleeding isn’t too much of an issue though, realistically it would be the concussion that would be the worst damage.

Well thank you Sir…I am…really scared right now..I had to deal with losing my family….a long time ago….I just feel like…I am about to lose them again…
I know that feeling all too well. The only thing I can say right now is if they leave you, they aren't worth your time(if they're friends not family) sorry if that doesn't help much..
