Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Pancakes:

1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup oats 2 Tbsp protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup brown sugar or 1 packet stevia (if you like sweet just add more, so like 2 packets) Mini chocolate chips Vanilla 1/2 cup milk, or to desired consistency (I use almond milk)

Mix all dry ingredients together and then stir in the milk and vanilla.

Good Evening! How is everyone doing today?

I've been tidying/cleaning the house today and whilst sorting through my kitchen cupboards I thought I would do a 'What's in my Cupboard' post.

I'm one of those people that LOVE 'what's in my ..........' posts/vids.

I have 3 food cupboards in my kitchen: Baking, Breakfast and Everything Else (I do have a tea cupboard as well but haven't included that).

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - so why not give it its own cupboard?

So going from the top we have:

I do have a lot in my cupboards and don't get to cook as much as would like - but I will try and get some recipes posted. As you can see, I LOVE my containers. I am a bit weird when it comes to my food cupboards - I rearrange them at least once a week,
