So much has happened in the last few years. Here’s the highlights/lowlights.

1. My ex ended our engagement the day before lover was released

2. I met someone great and we got engaged at centennial park in Nashville bc invisible string is our song 🤍

3. We sing along in the car to all too well Everytime we get in the car on the top of our lungs.

4. We’re getting married 12/1/23 and we’d love for you to crash it

5. We’re watching football and so excited for your announcement

Love you & miss you 🤍 so excited for midnights!

not to vague post the entire fandom but the reason tumblr is dead is because the environment here is so unwelcoming and cruel that people are leaving left and right since they feel uncomfortable and unsafe on this platform. everyone is constantly tearing everyone else down, including taylor, in ways that aren’t constructive (valid criticism is always fine), giving no one grace or room to grow in any capacity, or treating each other like human beings we all need to reconsider how we behave and how we treat others or else there’s going to be absolutely nothing left here. I’ve been in this fandom for nearly a decade and i have never before experienced legitimately everyone i know and am close to saying they hate it here and feel like they’re complicit in a community that’s dangerous. please think about how you’re behaving and i will do the same, because it’s an everyone problem.

This is 100% why i haven’t been active in years.

Some Swiftie teachers here! Thank you for all you are doing for people around the world right now. Your genorosity is truly astounding. As teachers across the country and around the globe say goodbye to our students and classrooms for the foreseeable future, your music is once again there for this challenging chapter. For us, your music has been the soundtrack to our lives, both in and out of the classroom. Our students know your music - we have dance parties to songs like ME! & Shake It Off. Now, we have a question for you....we would absolutely love it if you’d be willing to record yourself reading your favorite children’s book to share with our students in this new challenging time. We know that they would love it as much as we will.

Thank you for always being there!

Love,

(Any other teachers add and keep it going 😊)

Hey Taylor!!!!

When I became a teacher, I had this big huge dream that maybe someday you’d surprise my class in some way or another. Well, maybe now this could happen?

I don’t know if you know but I’m a kindergarten to third grade reading teacher in NY. This is my 6th year teaching but by far the hardest one. Right now, we’re closed to April 1st but I think we’re probably out much longer. It’s killing me because I miss my students SO much. This is totally uncharted territory and we didn’t know this would be happening the last time I saw them so we didn’t get to say goodbye. I have over 40 students that I work with and for the foreseeable future we’re teaching online. This is especially challenging because not all of my students have easy access to resources that allow them to learn this way. (Your donations to Feeding America could’ve helped some of my kids. Thank you.)

Anyway! Obviously, your music has been a big part of my life for over 13 years now and I couldn’t imagine a day without you in it in some way - yes even in my classroom. My classroom has your READ poster, we listen to your songs and have dance parties (they all LOVE ME! & shake it off the most!!).

My question to you, while we are trying to learn and teach from home is, will you please consider reading aloud your favorite childhood picture book in a short video? I can provide you with my email and keep this totally confidential, or like some other celebs have done in the past few weeks- you could post to YouTube or something. I know that you would make my students so beyond excited to hear you read to them. We talk about you all the time.

Just an idea that I hope you’ll consider. It would mean the world to me, @taylorswift. Thank you for all you’re doing in support of those affected by this virus, and for directly supporting so many fans. You have the absolute biggest heart.

Love you always,

Miss K
