She shifted a bit but stayed asleep

Lucas moved carefully off the bed, not wanting to wake her, and sat over at the entrance, looking outside.

SHe began whimpering softly

He glanced back at her for a moment.

She curled in a ball and shook violently 

He got back up and walked over to her.

She whimpered lightly

“It’s ok..” he said quietly before reaching down to stroke her hair.

She relaxed lightly and shivered

He kept doing that, smiling a little.

she snuggled closer

His eyelids lowered a bit as he looked down at her tenderly. Though he didn’t exactly realize it just yet, she was precious to him. He didn’t want any harm to come to her. If they were ever in trouble again he’d protect her in any way possible.

She hugged his arm tightly sniffling

He sighed lightly and gently kissed her forehead.

She purred softly then blushed

“Are you awake Alora,” he said softly.

She slowly looked up shivering 

He smiled lightly, “How are you feeling?”

“Okay,’ she grumbled lightly

She hugged Wynter lightly

Wynter shifted a bit and opened his eyes a little, “Bell..” he said quietly.

She kissed his cheek

“I want to leave now..” he whispered, looking at her.

“yes,” she whispered coughing

He frowned slightly, “Are you feeling sick?”

She shook her head lightly before sneezing

He rubbed her head, looking concerned. “Maybe you should see one of the doctors or nurses..”

She shook her head

Wynter sighed. He gave Sam a look and Sam nodded, standing up. “I’m going to get a nurse to check you,” he said, walking out of the room.

“N…no,” she stuttered

“It’ll be ok, Bell..” Wynter said, rubbing her head.

She looked away sniffling

She hugged Wynter lightly

Wynter shifted a bit and opened his eyes a little, “Bell..” he said quietly.

She kissed his cheek

“I want to leave now..” he whispered, looking at her.

“yes,” she whispered coughing

He frowned slightly, “Are you feeling sick?”

She shook her head lightly before sneezing

He rubbed her head, looking concerned. “Maybe you should see one of the doctors or nurses..”

She shook her head

Wynter sighed. He gave Sam a look and Sam nodded, standing up. “I’m going to get a nurse to check you,” he said, walking out of the room.

He pulls away and looks at her.

She looked up, “ are you sure.”

He nodded a little.

She sighed lightly

Wynter slowly let go of her hand and grabbed one of the bottles of juice and held it up to her. “Can you open this for me?”

Bell nodded and slowly popped it open

“Thanks.” He winced a little as he sat up a bit to drink some.

She smiled lightly

He drank the whole bottle and set it down next to him.

She looked up at him and sniffled

He looked back at her for a moment and gave a small smile.

She blushed and looked down

Wynter leaned over a bit and kissed her forehead before carefully sitting back.

She blushed more looking away

Sam just sat there, sipping at his apple juice, “Hmm…we should think of something fun to do once Wynter can leave from here, huh Bell?” he smiled.

“ Ya,”: she agreed gently

“How about ice cream? We can’t really do anything that involves using his arms and legs probably.”

“ Alright,” she whispered

Wynter nodded, it sounded good enough.

She snuggled closely to him

“Hey, I’m gonna try to get more sleep,” he whispered to her.

She nodded slowly kissing his cheek

He smiled a little and closed his eyes.

She shivered lightly and snuggled closer

Wynter tried to got back to sleep and ended up doing so after a few minutes of silence.

She closed her eyes and slowly fell asleep

Sam leaned back in his chair and watched over them as they both slept.

Bell woke up a bit later feeling a bit sick, she hugged him tightly

He was still asleep. Sam was awake and was still watching them.

She coughed then curled back up into a ball

“You ok, Bell?” Sam asked, hearing her cough.

“i’m fine,” she whispered

“Alright.” he sighed lightly.

She shivered coughing again

“you are thought,” she stuttered

“I’m not.” he said softly.

“but…but i was bad to you,” she sniffled

“How..?” he asked, a little confused.

“i…i..,” she didn’t know what she did

He squeezed her hand gently, “I’m not mad..it’s ok.”

She looked up, “ are you sure.”

He nodded a little.

She sighed lightly
