God I’d never think that I’d get to this point— but I’ve reached 400 lovely followers on Izaya! However this particular follow forever is across the five blogs I’ve frequented in the past like… month, where I’ve gained most of my followers and new friends!

Oh, so his lame act had a good result. That made the swimmer really glad.

                  “Haha, I wouldn’t say adorable,                    but it’s nice to know you liked it.”

Alex smiled at the other, offering only kind intentions. 

"But I honestly thought it was adorable! Or if not to that extent-- maybe cute? But uh, I'm Alex-- what's your name?

"Ah, okay!" He’ll admit to himself that he looks up a lot of stuff that he could just read, but… nowadays, everything was on the internet. Which included most of the simple recipes he makes and sheet music he looks up if he’s too lazy to do it by ear and write it down. “Yeah, me too sometimes. I dunno, I just find myself sleeping through review classes anyway, let alone actual classes.” He mumbled, letting out a yawn. Was it so boring that even mentioning it gave him a yawn or…?

"Can’t say I’ve made blueberry muffins before, but they’re really good from what I’ve tasted." He replied. His lips quirked at the thought, he could already feel his stomach grumble for food. What time was it right now? As Alex mentioned the two muffins he’d left at home, it made Chifuyu laugh. "That’s really nice, y’know! I’ll make something for you maybe, might not be as good, but critique is nice." He hummed. It seemed like every time he made muffins or brownies, they came out different every single time. Frustrating sometimes, but… not too bad other times.

"Oh, I’m actually learning piano right now, uh, haven’t gotten any real lessons on it yet, but I could play a little." Chifuyu said, a grin stretching across his lips. "Seems you and I are kinda like opposites, I play the viola… I kinda think the bow and strings are a little easier for me." He chuckled. He hadn’t gotten the chance to meet a lot of people who played instruments (even including his friends), or maybe because Chifuyu wasn’t that much of a speaker. ”What kind of music?" His voice became slightly more unsteady, gosh, he could name a lot of music off the bat. “Kinda depends really. There’s classical orchestras and trios or solos and all that, some… uh, international? Dunno, if it sounds good, I like it?” He wasn’t too sure on how to elaborate. "You? Favorite things to bake, or what kinda music do you listen to?"

"I'm sure it'll be fine!" Alex said, grinning at the other. He loved it when others baked for him, though he loved it even more when the favor was returned. He loved sweets in general, and giving some to others made him... happy. It was as if he was given the chance to potentially brighten someone's day. 

He began to think of what he would make the other, already settled on blueberry muffins for a start. Although he felt like he needed something more, something to say 'thank you' with since he was horrible with words.

He wasn't sure why exactly he felt the need to say thank you of all things, but in reality it was most likely because he hadn't made a new friend so long. It'd been ages since he'd been approached by someone without minding, and it left Alex feeling elated. 

"Oh! I could uh-- I could maybe teach you a couple things?" He suggested, his eyebrows furrowing as he thought for a moment. "I mean I haven't played in a while, but I'm sure with a week or two's practice I'd be alright enough to help you at least a little... But uh-- for the violin, what's your favorite thing to play? I might know something similar on piano?"

"I know what you mean! Really, if it sounds good I like it. However I'm-- I'm always finding new things to listen to, so my taste is always expanding. Uh-- Right now I kinda of listen to heavier music? Most of my friend's don't really like it, so I don't talk about it too much with them. But I listen to a lot of other things too!" In all reality, some of them didn't know how he could stand such music, seeing as it was usually loud and filled with well-- screaming. 

"My favorite things to bake are cakes-- there's so many different flavors and so many possibilities when it comes to icing-- one day I hope to design a wedding cake..." It was one of his dreams, the boy having seen quite a couple in his time. They were always large and extravagant, the decorations nearly flawless.
