For the 2021? That's a resale price online. If you find it at an actual wine store, it should be closer to ~120. My local Total Wine has the 2020 for about that much but I've seen it at 140ish at other stores.

Protip: If you're looking for a specific bottle of alcohol and the online price is something crazy different than what it retails for irl, do not go for it, it's cheaper to buy it at actual retailers or to search around for the bottle or even special order it from a retailer/distributor.
