Hi

I haven’t really talked about this much on here, but I’ve been in the most unsafe housing situation for the past several months. My partner and I tried to live in the city where I went to school after I graduated and we ended up living in a hotel for a week where we squandered all our savings, because affordable housing that allows pets is impossible to find.

We ended up moving back home and living with my partner’s abusive father until he kicked us out in September and we moved in with my abusive mother and my father. My mom has been especially emotionally and physically abusive since I moved home, to the point where I’m now in a partial hospitalization program because my mental health has been so negatively impacted. Last night, my mother threw us out of the house and now she is demanding $5000 and for us to move all of our belongings out of my childhood home in one day. She is cutting off my phone from her phone plan and taking me off her health insurance while I am in this program, so I’m going to be in so much debt really soon. She is also forbidding me from seeing my father, who has a projected 1-3 years to live from ALS.

Everything is extremely difficult for us both right now, including money. I feel really uncomfortable doing this, but if anyone would be willing to help us out financially so that I can get my own insurance, get safe stable housing, get my own phone plan, and pay my mom whatever money I can so that she’s out of my life, I would appreciate it so so much.
