The 2015-16 Canucks campaign is coming to a close this week, and often when the year comes to a head, people gather around to check out the latest yearbook. Taking a page out of Jimmy Fallon’s book, Grainne and I decided to hand out some rare and never-before-seen awards to the members of the team. Let’s see what we got. (x)

Over at the main blog, we handed out superlatives to a few lucky Canucks players today, check them out!

Erin was diagnosed with MS at 18 years old and was told not to have children. Now, a mother of three, she knows that we all have limitations in life and that they can’t stop us from doing the things we love. Her son Jared, an NHL hockey player for the Vancouver Canucks, sees her as the best role model he could have. #IAmViable

Canes commentator 1: “There’s Eddie on the bench, sporting those new pads…”

Canes commentator 2: “Having real battle with that gum, it would appear!”

Canes commentator 1: “He’ll get through it. These are the things that challenge you in life and somehow you have the perseverance to get through.”
