shoutout post to people whose lives were delayed by chronic illness, who couldn’t hit milestones most people could because they got sick, who feel like they’re missing out on life because they can’t participate as much as other people (or at all) in school, work, etc due to their illnesses, who feel like burdens when they talk about their own health because they don’t have as many obligations as others
