My doctor said i should weigh 100 - 127 lbs??? I'm like hello, sir, is that even fucking possible on my build? I get it. I'm 5 feet tall so I get I'm heavier than I should be at my current weight. But telling someone to straight up lose 65 lbs is sort of insane.
