☕️Make a cup of your favorite tea, stir it clockwise, or stir in a sigil matched with your intent.
🛁Do some self care. Bless your face wash before you use it, take a bath and light some incense. Take a shower and visualize your negativity washing off of you.
🍃Open a window, allow yourself to take in the outside world. Use all 5 senses.
🪐Practice something simple, for example, practice grounding. Find a method that works best for you.
🎼Listen to music! Music magick is incredible and can seriously lift your spirits. If you start feeling better from the music, dance! Get yourself moving!
🔮Pick a crystal that you have that matches with what you need at the moment, use it like a worry stone! Rub it with your thumb and try to push all the negativity into it.
💃🏻Make a playlist of songs that make you feel witchy, listen to it whenever you need a boost!
⚡️Practice energy work, work on feeling for the different energies around you (be careful with this though, you may end up losing spoons.)
🌿If you have plants, talk to them! Maybe sing em a song! You could do this with crystals too!
📱If you have a pinterest account, search around for some witchcraft info that you can go back to and read when you have the energy! Or even just look at witchy aesthetic pictures!

🧘🏻If you are able to meditate, do that! There are so many guided meditations out there if you’re unable to do it on your own.
🧼If you have a cleansing spray, use that in your room/where you spend most of your time. If not, lysol or febreze!
🕯Light a candle, watch the flame dance and allow yourself to get lost in it. Shut out the world for a bit.
