Oh, love...I have so much love to give and not always do I have that “someone” to pour it on (especially since the object of my constant affection- Layla is now up in heaven getting her hair tussled by the angels:) and I just don’t commit to a relationship unless I’m loved the way I deserve to be loved, but... when you become conscious, you realize that the VDAY/romantic love is often confused with just intense chemistry or the fulfillment of egos’ desires by both parties. The actual “true love” means letting the other person go, if it’s better for them to be with someone else then you, it means loving them even if they don’t love you... and yes, the best kind of “romantic” love is all that plus amazing chemistry+same values and goals+same sense of humor+beliefs regarding money and spirituality and mutual respect and commitment... so my wish for you today is to find THAT kind of love with a partner... Don’t settle for less, don’t let someone just give you some aspects of it and sit around hoping the others will come, but DO LOVE even if you’re not loved back (though it hurts sometimes)... cause the frequency of that pure feeling will only lead you to your best self, to your best life and to your best partner (the one that you currently love who will transform or another one that you don’t even know yet you will love even more) How awesome is it to know, that energy of love is never wasted it is always transformed!

Post holiday travel got me like.... I use airports and planes as an opportunity to practice compassion, patience and understanding. Well...that was really challenged yesterday, during my 27hr ordeal back to LA. Popping pain meds and antibiotics for my extracted wisdom teeth on a stomach that was receiving baby food due to the lack of my ability to chew, had me twisted in all sorts of ways. As I sat next to a 13 year old girl whose BO was so bad, her every move sent a wind of horror my way, I watched as she drank coke and ate Cheetos while playing a violent video game on her iPhone THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. Did I mention she was farting those deadly silent farts? Yeah, my sense of smell is animal like, so I was gripping the air sickness bag with all my might. The entire time I kept taking deep breaths and sending prayers to this girl and our new generation that will lead this world some day. I kept thinking- she doesn’t know any better, she has not been exposed to the wisdom and knowledge that I have, she’s been taught differently. All that compassionate self talk, was seriously threatened when she rolled her eyes upon seeing me write with an actual pen in my 2018 Passion Planner and refuse water that was not from a glass container. Yep, she almost got me to tell her off (the pain meds were making it hard to resist) but the only thing I can do, is to live a life that can be an example, be outspoken about the food/the news/the meds that the government is feeding us and try to inspire change...btw- that was only one leg of my 3 legged trip!
