It appears that just like Gritty...

… the Untitled Goose is now a leftist icon:

In celebration of our apparently new SJW ally, I give you some handy graphics:

At this point “being a sjw” just means “liking things”

i was confused about this so i googled it. there’s literally just a bit of text at the end of the game’s credits about how australia still belongs to the aboriginals. that’s it. that’s what they’re mad about.

“This game was made on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.
“Thank you very much for playing our videogame.”

does anyone else ever think about how zevran deliberately tells stories of his failures to the warden in order to seem less threatening? that in fact everything he does in those first interactions, from flirting to making silly jokes, are defense mechanisms built around a lifetime of needing to seem small and harmless, not just to perform his job but in order to stay alive in a highly competitive and deadly atmosphere where one wrong word could leave him floating in the river for a second time?

because i do

You can also take into consideration what happens when you bring him along with you in the Broken Circle fade quest.

His dream was a nightmare memory of him being tortured, and yet, when he reappears with the group, he says aloud to the others, “How did I get here? What happened to all those luscious wood nymphs?”

@greywardenari: #i think about this a lot #i think its easy for him to use that for his survival when he isnt sure about the warden just yet #especially since the warden lived through one of his failures so its easy for them to #imagine zev blundering in the past a lot i imagine he hides his biggest successes unless you have his trust high enough and you specifically ask about it #he may like being an assassin but he knows that flaunting his successful assassinations is tasteless and lacking respect for a life #especially since he had no control over which jobs he was given and thus no control over who he killed #he could have admired a person and still would have gotten the job done bc thats what youve got to do to survive the crows #if he ever did gloat about someone he killed i imagine it would be a person like arl howe- corrupt and ruining other people’s lives #other than that i feel like he would take a more somber view of his successes #(of course doing his best to try and hide how it makes him feel once he’s been released from the crows and can drop the whole #attitude when in fact some of them probably didnt and desperately trying to change the topic of conversation) #im rambling #i just really love analyzing him he’s very complex and theres a lot of layers to what he says to the warden to ensure his survival #before he gets to know them #and even then he’s always trying to cover up and deflect what happened to him in his past #with lines like they had it coming as he lists the advantages that came with being a crow #always putting down what he went through bc not focusing heavily on his past has probably helped him survive #its too much to unpack so he avoids it by either deflecting flirting or joking

These pages have been going around a lot lately. It;s from a story I wrote for Wonder Woman’s 75th Anniversary Special, and I am reblogging to make sure that the artist/co-creator, Colleen Doran, gets proper credit for making Star-Blossom so adorable! :)
