In case you couldn’t tell, I love Tolkien. Like a lot. Probably too much (no such thing) I love meta’ing about it, love writing (on ao3, same username), love laughing and interacting with all you numbnuts, love reblogging and I’m an avid tag-talker (srsly I almost always have something - or a lot - to say in my tags on every post/rb) This is mostly a free-style blog, mostly filled with tolkien-related content but not all of it. If something makes me laugh or smile or think or whatever, I share it. Or highjack it for tolkien (i mean that’s what we do best) This fandom is brilliant and fun and full of maniacal quacks like me its great

To clarify right off the bat for anyone new to my corner of the void, please be aware that my blog is clean (for the most part I think) of anything irl related. This tumblr is a means of escapism for me from all the nonsense of the real world. News, politics, religion, social issues, disasters, etc., I want nothing to do with it here and as such, please don’t bother trying to engage me in it bc I will not respond. It’s been this way since the beginning and I intend to keep it this way. Except animals. Animals have long nosed their way into this tolkien space whenever they so pleased :3 (cats especially. they’ve made my blog their glorified cat tree)
