Just a blog for our shiba puppy named Yoshie. She's a red sesame that was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She has one white paw and the rest of her legs are just white toes. She'll be a year old in August! She was born with a huge personality and slight stubborness that we adore. She is smaller than the average shiba inu and not nearly as fluffy fur-wise. We are still trying to figure out why, along with what the poor thing is allergic to.

Lost Puppy found in North-West side of Grand Forks, ND. Guys I know some ND people follow me, just in case by some WILD coincidence I’m going to post it here if this might be their lost baby.

I’m just glad we found him before he could get hurt. At least he’ll be easy to find with the police if his owners are actively looking for him.

Hey everyone, I’ve taken the initiative and started a GoFundMe account.

A lot of my current followers here on tumblr know I have been having an extremely difficult time balancing my chronic illness and work. There are two solutions for this.

One would be to fix the illness. Sadly without health insurance to back me up I have to wait until the Affordable Care Act is in effect January 1st 2014. That’s still a pretty long ways from now, especially when you need to work to earn a living!

Two is to adapt. Work around the illness. This is the step I’m now making a goal for. My current set up is extremely painful for me, especially on days where my Arthritis is flaring up. I’m always stuck hunching over my desk when I get into my artwork and zone out for a while until it hurts so bad I have to stop. The goal is to STOP DOING THIS. I’ve been using my trusty Intuos4 tablet for 5 years now, I’ve been meaning to upgrade but never found the right time to do so. Well now I’m going to go for it.

The ultimate goal is to upgrade my tablet to a Cintiq 22hd, purchase an arm mount to help with positioning on even my WORST days. If I could just lean back why I draw that would be the most amazingly helpful thing. I would be allowed to doodle even on my terrible aching days. And because we will be getting such heavy and delicate equipment we also sadly have to upgrade my desk as well. A cheap plywood desk from walmart can’t be trusted to support all the extra stuff!

I’m going to work my butt off to try and make more merch for the Clover Coin Shop to hopefully catch some interested. I’ll keep keeping this campaign fun and up to date with how things are moving along. AND there are fun donation prizes right from the Clover Coin shop! All drawn by me and made by me.

I’ve had a rough start as an artist. I could not afford schooling or specialty classes, I had to learn everything online or by books I collected. Then as I finally started my own business and made some progress I learned the hard way I had a chronic illness only to hinder me more. I WILL NOT LET THIS STOP ME. This is what I want to do with my life, I want to be an artist and keep working my skill. I have so much more to learn and the mere thought of it is enough to get me out of bed in the morning. I will not give up my dreams.
