uhm, i can basically FEEL that some people think it’s Daryl seeing Beth.

but what stands out for me is that they write “a zombie in the car”.

we all see many speculations, that the “walker” is a- not-so-dead Beth in the car (including us TD, but i’m convinced it’s her;D) and the producers are AWARE of it.

why make it clear in the magazine that it is a zombie in the car - a “zombie” that is shown in both 5x09 promo videos

and why belongs the “zombie in a car” into the cryptic opening moments?

remember people, the media can influence perfectly;) i see it in here xD

If it is Beth then most likely they will portray it as just a zombie in a car at first. I bet it won’t be until later in 5x09 or 5x10 that we’re shown it was her.

A Scene from 'Consumed'...probably.

The two of them lay shoulder to shoulder; battle-scarred, worn out and bruised until their thin sleeping bags felt as soft as feather filled mattresses. The tent was dark and their breathing the only sound as both stared upwards. The silence not cold but inviting for honest conversations with someone to listen.

"I yelled at her."

Carol looked over at him as he swallowed thickly, his quiet murmur rough and unsteady. He didn't look back.

"Right in 'er face. Right after...right after her Dad-"

She hadn't been there but Michonne had told her and she turned back to watch the tent, her stomach squeezing. Hershel'd been the lynchpoint of the group, the soft words and kindly smile they'd all needed but she'd forgotten he was foremost a father; head of the Greene family and the last parent Beth had had left.

"Told her she weren't gunna see Maggie again. Told her everyone was dead."

"You didn't know."

"She didn't neither but it didn't stop her trying to find em."

"Is that when she was...taken?" The word stuck in her throat, the image of yellow hair and porcelain skin smothered somewhere else...alone.

Daryl shook his head after a breath.

"We found a house. Holed up for a bit. It was clean, there was food...and a piano. We were gunna stay there." He mumbled.

"Just the two of you?"

"Mhmm. It was simple. Easy."

"Good as the prison?"

A small nod. "I got stupid. Put a welcome mat down for a bunch a' walkers and that's when it happened." His voice trailed off as he remembered the way loneliness had hit him like a truck.

Carol heard the shaking in his breath as he drew one in before bringing his hand up to his forehead and resting it over his eyes.

"She handled a squirrel eating red-neck for a couple of weeks, whatever she's going through, whoever took her...she'll be okay. We'll find her." Carol pretended it was for him, this somewhat forced hope, that it was a comfort to her oldest friend, that it had nothing to do with her and the way she'd buckle if she had to lose one more.

She thought he'd fallen asleep but a few moments later she heard him. His voice small and low and his eyes closed. "How'd you know?"

"Cause we can't stop till we do."
