Winter Boo Bear 🐼🐻🐨

Thank you anxiety for making me think about something (which won't happen) and then think about it to the extent of sending me into a full blown panic attack in the shower, which made me so dizzy that I almost passed out. (this is my first ever full blown panic attack and I was home alone)

If anyone has any advice on how to come out of a panic attack before it gets to that point, I'd really appreciate it. I've never been more petrified or vulnerable in my life, any help would be greatly appreciated!
