To J, our wonderful @lady-ofmischief.
You inspire me. With every single image, every edit, every gif- you put so much love into your art. You were one of the people who welcomed me to tumblr, and are one of the main reasons I continue to stay. Whenever I see you on my dash, I just think- 'oh, hello. I hope something has made you smile today'.
You deserve that. You're one of the most lovely people I've met. I hope you know that you are silently loved. Of course, thoughtful words, messages, those are all incredible and you have that as well. But the silent love, that you don't see- the smiles when I see your post, the "I hope she's well" crossing my mind, the thoughts of you when I see beauty in nature.
It's you. When I see beauty that reminds me of you, I want you to know that that is you. We only know each other here, and so that's who you are to me. A beautiful, amazing person- but also so much more. You're the breeze in the warmth, the gentle gushing of a stream, the green of the trees. I don't have any other way to think of you, and so that's who you are- who you've become. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
When you're sad, or hopeless, or feeling like nothing's worth it- I wish I could give you a hug. The fact that you've inspired so much happiness in other people, and then aren't experiencing it feels cruel to me. So I hope that this will give you some semblance of that joy.
To J, our Lady of Mischief, the one who would carry our rings to Mordor, the one who makes us laugh- we love you. Keep going.
