okay, so here’s a fun update on emi’s life that no one asked for!

remember how i have a tag for someone i nicknamed clarke? well, after a year and a half, that bastard broke up with me. over a phone call. from a different continent. while i had an hour away from working at camp.
now i hear you, this is not a fun update. but WAIT. THERE’S MORE.
before he had even broken up with me, i had started developing feelings for someone at camp. someone i worked with. and his nickname? the name he chose for himself at camp that his friends call him?

A NEW FRIEND?

                   Her sanctuary, she calls it when people ask, never mind she’s out after her curfew on her own. Twinkling stars are reflected in moss-coloured eyes as they gaze to the sky, admiring the beauty and embracing the weightless feeling of inferiority. 
                                         It’s breath-taking. Rapunzel feels freedom as she lays in the rough grass and is very content to stay under the cover of darkness until the stranger stumbles over her. A gasp emerges and she scrambles for her phone to provide some light to see who on earth could have the same crazy idea as her.
                           “ Oh, are you all right? ” She cries, clicking the mobile to glowing life. “ I-I’m fine, I’m fine - you’re the one who fell! ”

“Well - yes. I suppose you’re right,”  a small chuckle left her lips as she sat up, looking the stranger in the eyes      ( as much as she could    while    a    BLINDING    light    was    shining    in    her    face.  )

“I’ve had  WORSE  falls ---”  you  fall a  lot when  you’re trying to learn  how  to walk.  And  for  Ariel,  that was  very  recently.  That wasn’t  something  she  was too willing  to  share  with  everyone, though...    Especially    someone    she    had    just    met.
