How can your body replicate the feeling of falling from high altitudes in a nightmare if you’ve never fallen like that before?

i forgot to add this: it’s actually because the part of our brains which retains ancestral memory that helped us survive & evolve has deeply ingrained phobias / survival reactions of high places/falling bc thousands of years ago the first humans would sleep in treetops to avoid getting eaten by wandering ground level predators, and some of these first humans actually fell out of the trees while sleeping to their deaths or to grave bodily harm. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The Earth energies (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) may not be able to act spontaneously all the time, but may prefer to have a plan, to know what is coming around the corner, not necessarily out of insecurity or something negative, but so they are able to command whatever happens next, to feel in their element and a sense of strength and preparedness. If this becomes something tedious or something restrictive for them, then there is a time to re-evaluate, but if this makes them feel more stable and grounded, then the things that make them look not quite free spirited may just put their spirit at rest for a while.
