Hey girl, I got a question! I’m 5’6, I weigh 170 lbs. how long would it take me to get to 135 with proper diet and exercise?!

Hey!! Thanks for the question! So there are a lot of factors that go into it. How dedicated are you? What’s your muscle vs fat content? What’s your current diet and exercise routine? Etc.

With that said, current recommendations suggest losing no more than 2 pounds per week. So wanting to lose 35 pounds would take at least around 18 weeks if you lost steadily. I don’t want you to get discouraged though if each week does not produce those exact results. Some may be more, some may be less. But that means if you start now you could reach your goal by May/June! Message me if you’d like to chat more!

11 months after having my baby! I’ve been doing A LOT of work on FitPositively! I launched my pregnancy program in the spring, my postpartum program in the late summer/early fall, and soon I will be launching my very own cookbook! If any of you had been following me for a while, you know I love cooking and baking and creating my own recipes. So after years in the making, I will finally be coming out with my healthy cookbook! I’m so proud of it and can’t wait to share it with you guys. It will be on my website trainwithfitpositively.com

Did you know that when you workout your calves standing vs working them out sitting that you are actually working out different muscles?!

Ladies, don’t you want beautiful legs that are worked evenly and properly?! That’s why in my programs I have exercises that work all your muscles! I also like to help educate you throughout so that when you’re done, you feel more confident with your body and your fitness abilities!

If this sounds like you, I have a program that can help you. Whether it’s my pregnancy or postpartum program, or my custom one. Check out my website trainwithfitpositively.com for more details!

4 months after having my baby! I workout when I can. I make plans each week for which days I’m gonna workout. I’m realizing that life with a baby means that I can plan all I want, but it’s not always gonna happen. After 4 months I’m finally starting to be ok with that. But at the same time I want to make sure I’m healthy and everyone is happy so I make sure I get some workouts in, even if it means I do some abs lying in bed before I go to sleep!💪🏼😂🤷🏻‍♀️
