Did you know that sneezing is one of the most violent things the human body can naturally go through (I think it's second to childbirth) and holding in a sneeze can actually backfire and have detrimental impacts on your brain which could kill you instantly? BUT if you are ever in a situation where you're about to sneeze but you're desperate not to, I suggest looking up at the ceiling. IDK the exact science behind it but it has never failed me.
