Gay gay homosexual gay moments in Venom:

  • Venom making Eddie breakfast and singing to him
  • Venom’s “attraction” to Anne clearly being masking for his feelings for Eddie
  • Veddie breakup arc
  • Venom literally having a coming out party where he gives a speech that’s a blatant allegory for having to be in the closet/hide your sexuality
  • Venom post-party wishing Eddie was there to see him give the speech even though he thought he wanted to be away from Eddie
  • Dan referring to Eddie and Venom as a couple
  • Eddie pointing out to Venom that they’re “a perfect match”
  • The church scene paralleling the church in the comics where Venom and Eddie consider themselves to have gotten “married”
  • Venom “getting over” Anne and realizing that Eddie is most important to him
  • Eddie choosing to go on the run with Venom rather than pursue a “normal life” like he said he wanted
  • Watching the sunset together scene
  • Venom telling Eddie he loves him
