Jensen laughed a bit and rolled his eyes, teasing. “Ok, whatever you say. BUt seriously, we need to shoot the scene. Erik won’t be happy if we delay the scene anymore.” Jensen started to walk off but paused when he saw Misha talking to Jared. Feeling his skin crawl, he turned slowly behind him, seeing Misha again. Wait. Two Misha’s….What? “What the fuck am i seeing..”

“I’m an angel Dean, not an actor.” Castiel tilted his head. The angel didn’t even notice a man who looked just like his vessel ahead of him. Actually, since his vessel wasn’t actually him, he barely noticed it at all and carried on as normal until his friend spoke up and realized that the man ahead looked oddly familiar. “A shapeshifter has managed to copy my vessels body. We need to tell Sam.” The angel said alerted, giving ‘Dean’ a look that only the real ‘Dean’ would understand.

Au where Sam makes it to his interview, becomes an amazing lawyer and finds out that his next case is against a man who was charged with several counts of murder and credit card theft and on the court day Dean walks in with handcuffs on and a shit eating grin on his face.

sentence starters: protective edition.

  • “Don’t let them talk to you that way.”
  • “I get so angry whenever I hear them talking about you… you don’t deserve it.”
  • “You could have been killed!”
  • “What were you thinking?!?”
  • “Are you alright?! Do you need anything?”
  • “I can’t leave you here alone.”
  • “I don’t want to lose you.”
  • “If they lay a finger on you, I swear I’ll kill them.”
  • “I’ll protect you with my life.”
  • “I’ll never leave your side. Not until we can ensure your safety.”
  • “Who did this to you?!”
  • “No one messes with you and gets away with it.”
  • “I’ve got you, don’t worry.”
  • “Come on, tell me what happened.”

Sam wasn’t exactly sure what had happened. He was going to get a shower, he was fairly certain. But he’d gotten light-headed, probably from the lack of eating. But he couldn’t help it, the food looked like bugs and even when he tried to shut his eyes he could feel the squirm of maggots, the wings of the locusts.

He’d moved to sit down on the edge of the tub, but stumbled a bit, back into the tub, and passed out. He might have hit his head, he wasn’t sure.

He stayed out until Dean came through, groaning a little as he woke. And he felt fear rush through him. Dean? Hallucination? He didn’t have the answer and that was the cause of panic, as he sat up sharply, drawing away from him.

“Wh-what?”

Dean nearly flinched when Sam shot up. He wasn’t expecting him to do that.

“I brought food and found you in here. Are you alright?” He asked concerned. “Maybe I should call Cas....” He mumbled.

“Does your head hurt?” He asked, wanting to know if he should be taking any kind of precautions or try to find a way to get his brother medical attention without him being locked up. Dean hated knowing what Sam was going through and would do anything to have the situation reversed. It was his job to protect his baby brother and here he was, suffering. Somehow it made him feel like he failed him in some way.

Dean opens the door to the hotel room him and Sammy had. They were taking a break from hunting as when Sam’s soul came back, he was ultimately traumatized. Lucifer did something to Sam and he just wasn’t the same. Since it was his job to look after his baby brother, he promised they would lay low for a bit while Sam healed. In his hand was a bag full of take out food that he got for the both of him but strangely when he entered the room, Sam wasn’t there?

“Sammy!” He called out, suddenly noticing the light on in the bathroom. He got no response and to him, that meant something bad happened. He put the bag of food down on the table and headed to the bathroom, where the door was opened a little.

“Hey Sammy, everything alright in there?” He asked, trying hard not to peak in. After a minute with no reply once again, the older Winchester had no choice but to walk in when he noticed his brother, passed out in the tub.

“Damn it.” He sighed. He was damn lucky Sam had his clothes on still. Removing his jacket, he knelt down and placed his hand on his brothers shoulder and shook him slightly.

“Sammy. Wake up buddy. Everything’s okay, I’m here.” He soothed, unsure if Sam fell asleep or was actually knocked out.

“You’re going to erase my memory. Really.” Dean said, narrowing his eyes. Some kind of demon, or something worse. He wasn’t sure what kind of demons he’d ever heard dad talk about that could do something like that. “Now I’d like to see that. What the hell are you? And what are you doing here?”

Castiel sighed and looked around. “I’ll tell you but not here.” Before he could give Dean a chance to think, he placed his hand on the hunters shoulder and transported them to an empty room who knows where.

“Giving details about your future has its consequences Dean.” The angel paced. “I’m Castiel. I’m an angel. I came to prevent the apocalypse from ever happening.” He explained.

Who are you?|| Dean and Casifer

Dean looked at Cas when he said he’d been to hell and back, because yes the angel had been to hell and back but that was when he raised Dean from hell, and then when he went and got Sam from hell messed up by the way, not with a soul. He shook his head, something was off about Cas but he didn’t know what yet.

“No Cas I haven’t found anything on the darkness these books are useless but i have more to read through so I am not quiting yet.” Dean told the angel, taking a sip from his whiskey. Dean almost choked on his drink as Cas said who could blame Amara for having the hots for him, because Cas did in fact just flirt with him, and he winked at them. “Cas what the hell is up with you?” Dean asked the angel looking into Cas eyes for some sort of sign.

Dean didnt’ smell any alcohol on the angel’s breath, plus Cas was juiced up now so alcohol shouldn’t affect him. ‘Right Cas, the liquor store, I can accept that.“ Dean told him, only he didnt’.

“Nothing is up with me?” He frowned. “What makes you think that?” Pretty boy he stopped himself from saying. Gosh, how the hell did Cas hold back this much? What a wimp. Lucifer thought to himself.

Sitting down in the closest chair, he leaned back and crossed his leg over the other. “You know, I think you’re working too hard. You need a break, and I don’t mean one with a bottle of alcohol... A real one. Doesn’t hunting ever get exhausting? You should lay back, relax and get a back massage.” Lucifer sighed. He wanted to get Dean off his track and he possibly knew how.

Dean twisted around on the bar stool, staring at the man with twisted and confused eyes. God, had he had more to drink than he’d thought? He could have sworn he’d only had two beers. Maybe three, but he was for sure two.

“Travelled back,” He parroted, dropping his jaw a bit. “Travelled back from where?”

He stood up, following the man to the door. “You can’t just walk out after a little speech like that. What the hell?”

Castiel hesitated. He knew if he told him then he’d have to wipe his memory after and after what he just told Dean, the angel really didn’t want him to forget.

“I can’t tell you. If I do I’ll have to erase your memory and I don’t want to do that.” Those blue eyes looking away from the young hunter. He couldn’t stop starring at Dean, he looked so different. He looked a lot less... Dark. Of course this was Dean before going to hell, before the demons and everything. A much more innocent version.
