no i hate (affectionately) how much these fit the screencaps. they always fit perfectly and IT PISSES ME OFF theyre so funny

i want to explain them to non-phile people everytime i see them.

  1. theyre looking at a 'ufo' (it was an experimental military aircraft)
  2. the second one i think is just scullys demeanour that fits. i havent watched shadows in a while i dont remember the exact dialogue
  3. scully busts in the room after getting tossed around in an air duct for a little bit and demands that mulders gun is returned
  4. this is self explanatory look at their eyes dog theyre in love your honour
  5. scully was about to have a moment of intimacy with a shapeshifter shapeshifting as mulder
  6. the whole episode is a time loop and in this scene theyre talking about deja vu
  7. scully got shot and the episode reconfirmed her immortality (i think i only watched this episode to see the "hi this is fox mulder we used to sit next to each other at the fbi" part)
  8. mulder wakes up from almost fucking drowning in the fucking bermuda triangle (cuz thats like a day to day occurance for his ass hes such a guy) and tells scully he loves her to which she responds "oh brother" cuz, clearly, its the drugs. clearly. (its not he loves her so much)
  9. they had off camera sex in this episode after talking abt life choices
