The Monty Oum Project

Last year, thousands of community members and fans came together on February 1st to honor one of their idols, Monyreak “Monty” Oum. They spent a day working on their passion projects, pursuing their goals, and doing their best without worrying about whether they had the skills or time.

They started writing, drawing, coding, sculpting, creating in any way they could, and this year we want to do it all over again.

On February 4th, the Monty Oum Project wants you to start something new.

Write the first page of the story you have in your head, start the webcomic you’ve been thinking about, make a video and post it on youtube, start coding a game, building something new, create an art piece just for yourself.

It doesn’t matter if your goal is to create, to better yourself, or to just do the absolute best you can do for that day.

Without thinking about the time constraints or whether you think you can, start a project that you want to start, and remember that the effort you put into anything transcends yourself.

Clearly Outmatched

*During the battle of Hogwarts a Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Slytherin become cornered and are surrounded by Deatheaters*

Death Eater: “Give up. You are clearly outnumbered.”

“Yes, but you are clearly outmatched.” *The Hufflepuff striding in knocking a half dozen death eaters into the air before anyone has time to react*

*A large group of students charge in as reinforcement and take out the remaining death eaters in the area*

Hufflepuff to the bewildered trio: “Are you going to stand there gaping all day? We have a castle to defend.”

*Hufflepuff turns and runs off to the next area of battle, calling the reinforcements along*

Ravenclaw: “But… how….”

Slytherin: “I find it best not to question the Hufflepuffs too much…”

Gryffindor: “I don’t know about you two, but I’m sticking with them.”

Early 17th Century Combination warhammer and warpick/six shot gun.  

Has six barrels concealed on it for six shots.  The head contains five barrels, their muzzles concealed by a hinged cover forming the edge of the hammer. The topmost barrel is ignited by a matchlock fitted on one side of the head, its mechanism concealed by a brass plate cut out and engraved in the form of a lion. The second barrel has a wheellock ignition system, the mechanism of which occupies most of the outer surface of the opposite side of the axe-head. There is a tubular extension to the pan of the wheellock intended to hold a length of match which would be ignited by the flash of the priming pan and then withdrawn to ignite the three remaining barrels. A sixth barrel, also hand-ignited, is concealed within the haft.

The cs2 programs date back only a few years, and still have much of the functionality of today’s more modern ones. The differences between most of the versions are little more than slight modifications or additions of minor features, and UI changes. Go for it guys!!
