In Be My Princess: PARTY, it is revealed that Joshua can get drunk if he drinks while with a fever.
He’s shown to become affectionate while drunk. He has admitted that he wants to be doted upon, though believes that it is the ultimate embarrassment. Even though he knows this, he admited that he wants nothing more to do than just let the Heroine take care of him.
He apparently can’t tell that he’s drunk, either, but calls it “Liquid Courage.”
