A little bit of a heads up for commissioners:

While it is true that I have stated plenty of times I take a while because of Univeristy, it has now combined with a new job in the area I'm studying for (which also means I have to study for work). This has left me with less time and with only one free day which is Sundays.

I hope I can stabilize and get used to my new schedules so I can make space for drawing ASAP. In the meantime, thank you very much for the patience, and for trusting me with your stories and characters.

I really enjoy drawing commissions, it has helped me challenge myself, and I hope the results make up for the long waits.

Happy (late) anniversary and Valentine's day to my beloved!

First finished personal illustration I've done in a long while :) (This sketch/linework was there for actually an entire year xD) ! This is our hunters and palamutes from monster hunter rise. I hope to improve in this type of settings, nature/wilderness hasn't been my strength since I've mostly done interior backgrounds.

I don't think I have the art skill to be making tutorials or stuff, but given that I've been asked about them I'll try to make them :) so please look forward to that!

While I would love to see Ashley as a government agent, matured and transformed from her experience, she doesn't strike me as someone who would be able to sustain extensive physical training in order to be either an agent or a BSAA member. She is too sweet! (Remake Ashley is so adorable honestly!)

I think she said she wanted to be an agent like Leon, and work with him, because she was trying to hit on him. She very clearly has a crush on Leon! When you like someone you want to spend more time with them, and to be seen as a team with that person, so this is what I think the dialogues were to imply.

At the end of the game she even offers to have him as her bodyguard, but he kindly rejects her by telling her she doesn't need him.

As for Resident Evil 6, honestly the story is so convoluted and bad... I don't think there'll be a remake of it. If anything Capcom is soft-rebooting the series, so I'm not sure what'll happen.

There's other forgotten characters, Rebecca and Billy come to mind. I think Capcom might come back to them. As for Ashley, I do hope they do something with her, but I really don't think Capcom is thinking about her for now.

Let's hope they do bring her back (the "this suuuuuckksssssss" dialogue in the armor room is my favorite line from her lmao)

So I saw these clothes and thought they'd look nice on Ashley (+ some doodles of her as practise).

Originally I had drawn her just standing in a static front view but I've always disliked how "static" my art tends to look, I much prefer to include movement (unless I intend the drawing to be a potrait of sorts). I achieved this by drawing a box with its proper perspective then fitting Ashley inside it, so I could tell which parts of her were above or under eye level.
