Day 3/3 all done and dusted by 7.30 in the morning! . I died this morning thanks to @gemma.gbfitness !! Really hard workout but really good too. . 7(ish) rounds: 30sec rope slam things (my brain is dead, can't remember the proper name haha) 10 med ball slams Push the cart 2x up and down stairs with weight bag FOLLOWED BY!
