“The Grand Budapest Hotel” sentence meme

  • What happened in the end?
  • The beginning of the end of the end of the beginning has begun.
  • You can’t blame someone for their basic lack of moral fiber.
  • There’s really no point in doing anything in life, because it’s all over in the blink of an eye — and the next thing you know, rigor mortis sets in.
  • Don’t make excuses for me. I owe you my life.
  • Is he flirting with you?
  • To him who has often told the tales of others, many tales will be told.
  • Rudeness is merely the expression of fear.
  • Even at the thought of her name, I’m unable to control my emotions.
  • The plot “thickens”, as they say. Why, by the way? Is it a soup metaphor?
  • How’s that supposed to make me feel?
  • It will be my pleasure and, indeed, my privilege to tell you my story. Such as it is.
  • What a bloody idiot I am. Pathetic fool. Goddamn selfish bastard.
  • Holy fuck! What’s the meaning of this shit?
  • You see? There are still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity.
  • I ruined the surprise, I suppose.
  • What’s troubling you? Are you weeping?
  • The most dreadful and unattractive person only needs to be loved, and they will open up like a flower.
  • Who’d they kill this time?
  • It’s not that I don’t “like” it. I’m physically repulsed.
  • Well, I suppose I’d better take back everything I just said.
  • That doesn’t mean I’m not going to throttle the little swamp rat.
  • I suppose you’d call that a draw.
  • That fucking faggot!
  • The requirements were always the same. They had to be rich, insecure, vain, superficial, blonde, needy.
  • You sick, pathetic creep. I hate you.
  • We’ll just have to wing it, I suppose.
  • Did he just throw my cat out the window?
  • It’s not a very flattering portrait, I’m afraid. I was once considered a great beauty.
  • I’m going to blast your candy-ass once and for all right now!
  • I go to bed with all my friends.
  • You filthy, goddamn, pock-marked, fascist asshole!
  • She’s my girlfriend. You can’t just buy her things.
  • It reminded her of me. It will remind me of her. Always.
  • I suppose this is to be expected back in… where do you come from, again?
  • There’s a poem, but we might want to go ahead and start on the soup since it’s forty-six stanzas.
  • I’m afraid that’s me, darling.
  • I thought I was supposed to be a fucking faggot.
  • It’s a masterpiece. The rest of this shit is worthless junk.
  • When you find yourself in a place like this, you must never be a candy-ass.

“And who would need Kol Mikaelson? Because the one I know only leaves more chaos than he solves,” she giggled, tilting her head to the side. “Nothing we couldn’t handle.” She wasn’t going to tell him that she almost didn’t make it back from that goddamn train station where she’d been stuck with Stiles. And as always, the moment he stepped closer, her heartbeat fluttered, and she glanced down with a blush rising on her cheeks, which only intensified when he brushed her hair away. “Just a little? I’m hurt,” she pouted, glancing up through her lashes.

He noticed the way she batted her eyelashes and inched closer til their lips almost touched. This was where he decided to pull back and walked pass her, running a hand through his dark messy hair. “I’m starved. Anyone pissed you off lately?” he smirked.

“you’re not a terrible person, you’ve just been through a lot.” she replied. “she sounds like a nice person, especially for restoring your body.” when he asked about her, she thought for a moment. “nothing much really, just a lot of fighting and killing demons.“

“She was.” She was nice and she was also just a kid. He had no problem with the terrible blood bags he drank dry but when it comes to children, the guilt tugs at his sleeve when he’s not careful. Rightfully so. “So you embraced the family business then. How’s that working out for you? Am I still on your brothers’ naughty list?”

Erica nodded, and licked her lips. “I just figured you’d go someplace a little more– exciting than Beacon Hills,” she said, arching an eyebrow. “What you missed? Dread doctors, crazy ass cowboys with super powers. Me?”

“Trust me, I didn’t chose to come here, apparently I’m needed here.” Bloody Niklaus. “Sounds like you had a handful.” He stepped a little closer, listening to her heartbeat and waiting to hear the familiar quicken of her pulse. Their shoulders touched side to side as he brushed a strand of hair behind her neck. “I may have missed you a little.”

her jaw nearly dropped on the table. “kol!” she whisper ‘shouted’, “that’s not exciting?!” she replied, “you died, then came back—” she tried to process it all, “wait—?” she paused, “you made a teenage witch believe you were in love with her?” she was confused, beyond confused, but she was willing to listen, she cared deeply for kol.

“It’s a long story, I’m a terrible person, yada yada,” he brushed it off. “It took a lot of magic to restore this body. Davina paid the price for trying to save me.” Sure he definitely liked her but perhaps he did use her to his advantage. He knew he should feel guilty but he didn’t - he doesn’t. “What about you, love?”

her brow raises before she gently bites her bottom lip, “just maybe?” she smirked. “well I for one missed you a lot.” when he asked her if she wanted anything, she thought for a moment before shaking her head, “no, I just wanted to see you.” she smiled softly. “what have you been up to lately?” she asked, wondering what he did while she was away hunting.

He leaned forward onto the table, hands clasped. “Not a lot. I died, then my vengeful mother put me into another body and a teenage witch in New Orleans put me back into my old body because I made her think I was in love with her -” He took a breath and shrugged nonchalantly. “Nothing exciting.

As soon as she heard that familiar drawl behind her, Erica spun around, her eyes wide.
“K– Kol,” she whispered, frozen in her place.
“What are you doing here?”

“Oh, you know me - just out and about, enjoying this ugly town.” He shrugged, shoving his hands in his pocket. He was bored, unimpressed by the small quaint suburbia. “Tell me, what have I missed?”

“No, we haven’t met before.” Sam locked his gun in safety, and tucked it in his holster. He stood a reasonable distance from the vampire. He looked familiar, but he couldn’t place which brother of the Mikaelson’s he was talking too. He preferred to research whose lions den he was entering. Their families both had a reputation. Maybe, he heard of the Winchester name. “I’m Sam Winchester.” There were a few dead vamps slain by the hunter behind him. He picked up his bloodied machete. “How much did you see?”

“Kol Mikaelson. Pleasure.” He replied drably. Ah, that explains a lot, a Winchester in New Orleans. Niklaus would blow a fuse when he finds out. He looked passed the tall man’s arm to the massacre of dead bodies strewn on the stairs, recognising some of Marcel’s posse. “I saw enough. Are you finishing the job? I can assure you I won’t be as easy to take down.”
