⊰ ☾ ⊱~; Lifting an eyebrow it was more a playful posing than a questioning remark on the statement that the teen had given, heartbeat steady -as steady as that was for Stiles- where as the body language seemed more jittery than five minutes ago. “How did you know?I ‘dream’ of the day when my HAND-”As he sad that the wolf brought up is right hand, fingers unclenching as set of claws was presented to the other male. “-can come close to that TENDER spot.”

Stiles was feeling confident because he wasn’t expecting for Derek to follow his teasing. Holy shit, he was losing. He was so losing! But he wouldn’t give up! He couldn’t, for his pride. And well-- this was pretty interesting okay? His heartbeat was definitely not as calm though. Welp. He swallowed hard as he stared at the claws before smirking at Derek and acting casual.

“Damn. Kinky. Well I’m all up for new experiences. I’m an hormonal teenager after all.”

C'mon Derek, it happens to the best
Giving a small shrug of shoulders Derek didn’t dwell for too long on the matter, his lips lifted into a grin as the pearly white canines came out to peek; predatory. -”More like, it happens to people like you.”
image
Stiles snorted at the sassy reply and in no way got intimidated by the predatory grin. If so, he found it pretty hot. “More like-- you want it to be me. So you could give me a hand.” he shamelessly teased the other. 1 for Derek, 2 for Stiles, he totally thought to himself.

“I have this feeling he wants us to notice him. I’m not sure why I’m feeling this way, but usually when that happens it’s because something isn’t normal…” Lydia would be more agitated if Stiles wasn’t close, but his presence kept her grounded. His energy lifted the aura, softening her edge. Soon they returned to Lydia’s house, the porch light on as dusk fell. As if lost in a dreamlike trance, Lydia paused before removing her key from the ignition and sat quietly for several moments. “There’s a house,” she finally murmured, gazing into nothing in particular as she saw something he couldn’t. “I’m not getting an address. It looks… abandoned?” The imagery was all Lydia had to work with; no numbers or crossroads whispered into the frequency.
With a sigh, she finally looked at Stiles. “Hopefully, we’ll find out more soon. But for now, I think we should be careful.” Switching to her house key, Lydia finally slipped out from behind the wheel to go inside. Honestly, she was exhausted — physically, from powerwalking in heels meant for light modeling, and mentally. “You can stay a while, if you want.” Even if she appeared a little disconnected, she wanted him around.

Stiles’ gaze focused on Lydia’s familiar house for a moment before drifting to the banshee, attention locked on her, even as she stood there, quiet. Stiles knew her and he knew she needed that moment. He could tell right away she was putting puzzle pieces together, connecting with her radar. When she spoke, he turned his body more towards her, trying to make sense of the shared information. “We- We can make a list of all the abandoned buildings in Beacon Hills. Connect any possible ties. Have them checked out. If he’s hiding in one, there’s so many places he can hide.” he thought right away as he adjusted his sitting.

Then he nodded before sliding out of the vehicle and closing the door. “That’s- yeah. that’s a good idea.” he stopped on his tracks, looking at Lydia. “Are you sure that’s okay? You don’t wanna be alone?” he didn’t want to leave her alone. But he didn’t want to force his company.

⊰ ⊱~; And there it was. This diarrhea of words which couldn’t be stopped and treated lightly sometimes, they could bite and sink their claws so deep into your flesh that you could feel it burn. An oh, how they did once the teen used his knowledge of you in order to inflict a wound that many time would come back to itch.        The shifter stilled, his jaw and shoulders stiff with the force of his muscles clamping down and hardening whilst irritation grew to boil his blood; if it were anyone else, their back would have hit the cold ground already. His lips parted into a mocking grin, his gums itched with the need to let loose and grow into fangs, snap and tear apart since his wolf was a tad on the edge.”Those are your words, not mine so stop putting them into my mouth huh.” The distance between them was small but Derek made sure to push and pull till they were only a heartbeat apart. “Think what you want.”He said with a low rumble, swallowing hard as he took in the state that the other male was in. To be completely honest, the Were did not see him as weak or pathetic, not someone who ran with the wolves and always came back alive.       Derek’s hold on Stile’s upper arm was tight, but not bordering on the need to inflict pain as he gave him a tug to follow.“I am here by chance, was patrolling only to see you emptying yourself over someone’s pants and shoes.“ Why he even still tried to get the teen to leave with him? Hell if he knew, maybe it was the fact that he and his wolf recognized the other male as something similar to ‘pack’-friendship-acquaintances.

“Yeah, my words. But we both know I’m right.” Stiles spit bitterly, his alcohol induced state further helping leave him annoyed by the wolf’s lack of actual reply. He could tell Derek was irritated. He wasn’t entirely certain that Derek was hurt though. Not in his current situation. And that was what irritated him the most. The lack of ability to read the Hale. To have an actual conversation with him. Derek was all about glares and growls while Stiles needed to talk. More than necessary even. But with Derek, there were things left unsaid than said, always. Stiles groaned at the tight grip on his arm. Not because it hurt, since it really didn’t but because the werewolf was constricting him and taking him away without his consent. Why was he trying to interfere with his life? Didn’t he get in the least that it messed up Stiles in ways even the teen wasn’t entirely sure about?

“You don’t have to save me from public humiliation, I’m used to it, you know-- And let go of me, man, what the hell! Where you even taking me!” he struggled, acting spoiled, but to no avail, Derek was like fighting iron.

"What, are you going to burn all the shirts and jackets in the world?" Derek asked with a snort. That bite to his lips made him smile more. But what made him absolutely grin was Stiles' reaction to the tickling. Success! "Oh yeah? Try it!" He replied devilishly as he continued to tickle the younger male's sides.

Avatar

“If I have to.” he replied right away, matter of factly as the smartass he was. Not that he was in the winning for long. Not with Derek tickling him and making him lose his mind. “Derek!” he warned with a yelp, grabbing the male’s wrists harder before laughing out, unable to control himself. He was squirming and tearing up from laughing. “Derek, pleaase!”

"Stiles, why are you in the loft, again?" Derek asked as he didn't even bother to look up from his book.

Stiles stopped in his tracks to knock the large open door, puckering his lips stupidly before parting them as he stepped inside casually. “Hey to you too, Derek.” he shared with a sarcastic smile before clapping his hands together, pursing his lips in annoyance. “I uh-- Need your help.” he hated to admit it. But he needed him, specially with Deaton out of town.

"See, forbidding it makes me want to wear it more." Derek shrugged with that wide wolf grin of his. It was silly and child like, something he hadn't really acted on in too long a while. Enjoying this random and playful argument with /his/ Stiles. "I'm going to go buy some turtle necks and extra poofy jackets." He laughed before hands shifted in order to attempt tickling the younger male because hey, why not.

“I’ll find ways to make all those clothes disappear and you’ll have no choice but to be shirtless.” he teases back with a grin, pressing closer to bite the wolf’s lower lip before yelping out a laugh as he grabs Derek’s wrists, attempting to squirm away from the tickling. “I’m actually ticklish, Derek--!” he warned with a snort. “I’ll legit knee you and it’s all your fault for triggering survival instincts!”

“Considering we’re not exactly A-list celebrities, I couldn’t agree more,” she quipped taking Stiles’ hand, eyes scanning ahead for her Toyota. Thankfully it didn’t take her long to find it, and the privacy of the little blue car made her feel much safer already. “I just… felt something off about the guy,” she nearly whispered, hazy as if she were halfway in another world for a moment. Sometimes she knew things about certain people she couldn’t quite explain, but she knew better than to question it. The parking garage was ill-lit and almost empty, diverting Lydia’s sense of being watched at least for now. Still, the entity was nearby and it was interfering with her frequency. “But I’m not getting anything yet.” She carefully left the parking space and shopping district, starting on the quickest path back to her house. While she tried concentrating on the road ahead, her mind kept producing various abstract images she couldn’t quite connect. “What about you? Have you noticed anything… bizarre lately?” she asked Stiles and cast him a questioning look at a stop light. In the best case scenario, maybe the other party was simply a ghost and it would take people like Lydia and her friends to catch the distinction.
Image

Stiles was a little reluctant from letting go of Lydia’s hand, as if she would be susceptible to danger in the time she had to enter her car, but he did so, lips pursed before entering the passenger side. Not that he enjoyed to be the passenger that much but he handled it, watching their surroundings by the window and focusing his attention on the girl besides him as well. He swallowed hard at her explanation and even though he hated that Lydia had this fate to her life, he was also thankful she did, otherwise they would have died a long time ago, probably.

“I’m not sure..” his voice broke out husky from the anxiety he was under and he shook his head, scratching at his temple. “I have weird dreams, but when don’t I have weird dreams, you know? It’s all fuzzy.. Nothing bizarre on the real dimension though. Police lines are quiet.. Whatever this guy is... He’s laying low.”

It still surprised him that he happened to be opening up about this, actually talking about how he happened to be feeling. The last time someone tried to get him to do that he’d taken off and completely ignored their every attempt to contact him. Granted, that’d been a completely different case and someone he hardly knew. This was Stiles, and this was different. So different in fact that his reservations over properly opening up seemed to have nearly disappeared. It wasn’t completely gone but he felt like he could talk to Stiles about stuff he hadn’t actually discussed for some time.
“ You say my name like I’m some celebrity, Stiles. “ Derek chuckled softly as he shook his head a little. Brushing another kiss against those rambling lips, inhaling a little deeper to take in as much of the other’s scent as he could. Wanting to drown himself in it. Simply enjoying the sound of Stiles’ voice, amused by the way he said what he did. But full of admiration none the less.
” Your dad is probably going to kill me, you know. “ He smirked some as his body relaxed in to the hold he had on Stiles. Relieved that this whole thing went a lot better than it could have. Because he’s pretty sure he’d have gone full wolf and fled if it’d ended negatively.
Image

“You are a celebrity to me. In fact I think I find dating someone famous less surprising then having Derek Hale asking me to be his boyfriend... Not boyfriend, mate.” he voiced gently as he stared at Derek’s eyes fondly.

He was teasing the wolf by continuing to say his name like he was a celebrity yet he meant it in a way. Stiles was just Stiles.. But Derek had always been this unreachable guy that was so interesting, so different. Of course slowly, Derek had become a friend, part of the pack. Someone to rely on. But still, unreachable and impossible to reach. Slowly finding out that he was this important to Derek made him feel incredibly special.

He chuckled huskily at Derek’s response, shaking his head. Okay, maybe Derek wasn’t entirely celebrity like, and maybe a bit of an idiot.

“Sheriff Stilinski is a big boy, he can handle that his son is dating Derek Hale. Besides, dating a werewolf isn’t a first. I think Malia erased the first shock.” he snorted, eyeing the wolf amused. “You do realize my dad likes you, right?”

“Drop it. Drop it?” the teenager repeated, more like insisted with obvious disdain and annoyance. Derek couldn’t be expecting for Stiles to just drop it and forget about all of this, right? Specially when it was obvious that something was wrong. Be it with himself or with the werewolf, none of the options lowered his anxiety, already reeking from within, he was sure.

It was all Derek’s fault, really.

He furrowed his eyebrows and catched a breath as he looked away for a moment before narrowing his gaze at the Hale. “You don’t expect me to actually drop this right? You know you’ll have to tell me what the hell is going on sooner or later.”
