Found-footage style episode but it’s Jack trying to film their lives for some intro-level film class he’s taking as an elective. It ends up being 45 minutes of following Cas around as he clumsily tries to give a tour of the bunker without exposing them (they spend 15 minutes on the kitchen alone. He goes through all of Dean’s spices). Sam keeps sprinting into the frame to hide suspicious/occult/supernatural things and Dean, who refuses to be filmed but keeps ending up in the same room as them anyway, occasionally shuffles through the background with his hand hiding his face like some sort of cryptid. Jack’s professor declares it a brave piece of art depicting the shame and scrutiny experienced by non-traditional families in America and gives him an A.

1. i think i’m pretty good at art.... mostly charcoal drawings and painting with acrylic!!

2. i’m hardworking... i may not exactly know if i’m 100% sure about the field i’m in (architecture) but i still work my ass off in school and at work

3. i have a very bubbly personality in person and i’m always smiling when talking to ppl (honestly i just love talking to people)

4. i show appreciation for people pretty often... every christmas i make handmade letters for people and they love it 🥺 i had this one high school teacher who impacted my life a LOT and i always expressed my appreciation thru writing and when i graduated i made a photo album with a longgggg ass letter and he literally cried reading it and kept every single birthday/christmas letter i’ve ever made him (which was quite a few) and yea i just LOVE showing people that i’m thankful for them and i think being very loving is one of my best traits

5. my ability to keep friends?? if that makes sense bc it also could just be pure luck. i’ve had the same friend group since elementary school and they’re my whole world... and i’ve kept the same university friends since first year too and they actually keep me grounded... i never really have falling outs with people (which i try my best to avoid bc i hate drama) and i truly have the best support system and friends EVER which i really needed during the pandemic

like claire IS dean. she just is. she’s a dean mirror. she exists the way she does so that dean can see himself in her and help her like he couldn’t help himself when he was 18. but she’s also cas’ daughter and her storyline is inextricable from his. cas is the reason for her. her happiness and wellbeing is essential for cas’ storyline and arc and also essential for dean’s own development and that’s just. interesting! because of this the episodes that she’s introduced in focus on both dean and cas and like. they didn’t need to do that. saving claire was always going to be necessary for cas but they didn’t have to make her dean. they didn’t but they did!!! they made her dean!! so now she is for both dean AND cas. dean and cas. deanandcas deanca–
