So, this is the first character of a personal project I want to do during the year. The goal is to draw one character for each of the 70 something possible combinations of classes and sub-classes available on all official published material of Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition.
I want to use it as an excuse to draw a lot of characters, so some might be very well rendered while others just a sketch.
Regardless of the style, the idea is to build unusual but functional characters, and so, I’ll be adding a brief description of the character, the build and the sources I would be using for them, so you can use them as a character or NPC on your own games.
An so, without further ado, here’s Brocc Cobblelob, the forest gnome scout rogue.
Brocc Cobblelob
Race Forest Gnome
Class and Level Rogue 4
Background Soldier (Scout)
Character Backstory Brocc was part of the military group that kept their settlement hidden from outsiders’ eyes. He was the scout of his regiment and using his natural stealth and ability to talk to small animals he was always a step ahead of whatever threat might endanger his people.
His superiors felt that his skills would be more valuable in a more aggressive role: going beyond their borders to assure that their enemies would never find them.
And so, Brocc leaves his lands and join a group of adventurers to keep the monsters and bad guys at bay.
