Loosing weight tips
Okay so this tips really work and made me loose a lot of weight. (FITNESS)
- Every morning/night drink a glass of water.
- 10 sips of water before each meal.
- ALWAYS have a high caloric breakfast and then a low caloric dinner.
- Only carbs at breakfast and two times a week on lunch.
- No sugar except at morning snacks.
- No fruits after 12:00.
- Only drink water, Diet Coke, green tea and coffee.
- 20 min cardio each day.
- Lots of gum.
- At eating: first protein, the veggies and LAST carbs, as less fat is absorbed.
- Consume a lot of vegetables to avoid nutrition imbalance.
That were the healthy tips I can give you, nevertheless I’ve been having some other habits that have helped me.
- No eating before 10:00am or after 8:00pm.
- Chew gum after every meal and/or drink green coffee after.
- After binge drink flaxseeds.
- No lactose derivants as cheese, milk o yogurt. (For me)
- No candies.
- Eating something small as almonds, which are heart life saivors, each 3 hours.
- Consume tons of vegetables.
