Loosing weight tips

Okay so this tips really work and made me loose a lot of weight. (FITNESS)

  • Every morning/night drink a glass of water.
  • 10 sips of water before each meal.
  • ALWAYS have a high caloric breakfast and then a low caloric dinner.
  • Only carbs at breakfast and two times a week on lunch.
  • No sugar except at morning snacks.
  • No fruits after 12:00.
  • Only drink water, Diet Coke, green tea and coffee.
  • 20 min cardio each day.
  • Lots of gum.
  • At eating: first protein, the veggies and LAST carbs, as less fat is absorbed.
  • Consume a lot of vegetables to avoid nutrition imbalance.

That were the healthy tips I can give you, nevertheless I’ve been having some other habits that have helped me.

  1. No eating before 10:00am or after 8:00pm.
  2. Chew gum after every meal and/or drink green coffee after.
  3. After binge drink flaxseeds.
  4. No lactose derivants as cheese, milk o yogurt. (For me)
  5. No candies.
  6. Eating something small as almonds, which are heart life saivors, each 3 hours.
  7. Consume tons of vegetables.
