She’s funny as well as gorgeous.

ALRIGHT ITS THE CULMINATION OF ALL OF MY PROCRASTINATION EFFORTS:

1 6-8 page paper to write (due tomorrow)

1 4-6 page draft of a paper (due Thursday)

2 slides of a group project (of which I assigned myself the most involved and thematically dense because… they were my favorite and I hate myself) (due thursday)

3 poems to read and write about (due tomorrow)

And like not to be pessimistic but about 40% of my graded material is to be done in the next few days and if I sink below the A I’ve been cultivating all semester I’ll give myself a fucking swirly and end it all: death by toilet and may my shame overtake me

You came into my life so suddenly and nestled so perfectly into i still think this is a dream. You are endlessly fascinating, I don't appreciate it enough some days and I do take it for granted. You are utterly gorgeous and I am struck by your beauty daily if not hourly. I love you. You're a kind and generous person, Honeybee. You're so fucking intelligent, I'm a babbling idiot next to you. You're a dreamer and every dream you have has the weight of something wondrous about it. Like it just hasn't forced itself into reality yet. You sing so perfectly but you sing a lot when you're angry so sometimes it's kind of terrifyingly beautiful. I don't know what I've ever done to deserve you. And I know I don't do anything that's worthy of your love daily. But I'm trying to be a person that's worth just a smidge of it. I love you so much, Tiana. Barefoot with toes dug into the soil, rich as your skin. Collecting air to kiss the sky before it's all gone.
Your hair will wrap itself among tree trunks, you root your body to the earth. Outwardly the same, but stronger than a deluge of diamonds.
The bedlam of gods threatening to swallow us whole, you stare into the immeasurable cluster of eyes and bend them to your will.
