Rules: In a text post, list ten books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take but a few minutes, and don’t think too hard — they don’t have to be the “right” or “great” works, just ones that…

Tagged by ceruleanhail, now it’s time to return the favor. lol I love these books with no order, because personally I find it hard to decide something like top 5 or top 10…(Why I can’t just love them all, I worship on equal love) XD

1- The Reader by Bernhard Schlink (A book about secret, love and passion that happened during postwar in Germany. Love it so much, although the ending is not the one that I expected)

2- Life of Pi by Yann Martel (It’s a book that beyond our imagination, a story that belongs to a boy and a tiger. It could has different endings, just base on what ending you want. I doubt I can re-read it with many times)

3- The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold (A story that about murder, but not the ordinary one. I like how the book to tell us the ugly truth of the society, the problems that happened on teenagers.)

4- The Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling (J.K. Rowling? Harry Potter? No no…I only can say: This book will amaze you.)

5- The Help by Kathryb Stockett (Another book with social issue: a story that tell us the voice of coloured-maid, their hope and their equality.)

6- Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah (Never heard of ‘true friendship’ ? The book will tells you, it contains sweet, sour, bitter and pain…totally a bittersweet story that I ever read in my life.)

7- Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins (My all time favourite, nothing can replace it in my heart, although I heard people saying that Divergent is better, but my heart only for Hunger Games.)

8- Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling (How could you never heard of Harry Potter? It’s just awesome to read, my childhood~)

9- The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky (It’s not overrated definitely, if you read it patiently. The story tell us the real problems that happened on teenagers, sexuality, drugs, suicide case and more. It’s sad but it’s the truth in the society.)

10- Dear John by Nicholas Sparks (This is my favourite among all the books from Nicholas Sparks. A true love that about a soldier and a girl. Sometimes, let go is one of the love.)

I was surprised that I did not included The Fault in Our Stars in my list. I more to those stories that about postwar/war zone, social problems, humanity and sci-fi. Romance is ok, but not a story with 100% of romance lol

My mission has done. Now, it’s your turn: mirei05 pgneo and those who love books very much :]
