“Only a little.” She snorted, lips twitching in amusement. Really. That’s his line? “I know, I know. I set a high bar for those around me. But you’re not too shabby either.” She glanced back over at him and winked because I hate her. “Maybe it’s a new trend or something. Or maybe it’s an old one and they just haven’t caught up yet. Either way, ew.”
Well, even if she thinks his line was lame, it clearly hadn't deterred her, so with that in mind, Touya allows himself to gain a minor ego boost-- but only minor, like picking up just one grenade in COD: Black Ops. "Well, thanks. I think I'd do even better if I had someone like you guiding me, though-- do you work in fashion?" It's an assumption, but hopefully not a bad one. "And I friggin' hope it's not a new one. I would so hate to be considered unfashionable and out-of-date compared to... that."
// ok u guys but if you get an m!a or something where for whatever reason your character has the body of the opposite gender, you don’t start giving them those respective pronouns. a guy in a girls body is still a guy he just has more boob and less dick.

psa; Guys, I’m totally fine, a-okay, and comfortable with pre-establishing a relationship between our muses. It’s actually a lot easier half the time to do such as we don’t have to go through all the first meeting stuff. Heck, that could be brought up in a thread. It’s fun, it’s easy, and it really builds not only the character I have but yours as well. They don’t have to be friends! They could be rivals, enemies, best friends who turned into enemies, fuck buddies, long lost friends, ex-lovers, etc, etc. There’s so much more to be done with that in all honesty and I would love to have more of them. So please, hit me up if you want to pre-establish a relationship with my character. I’ll gladly give you my Skype so we can discuss or we can always chat in fan-mail or through the askbox, anything is fine. But yes, I think this would be a lot of fun!
"It’s kind of a shame because she’s actually really pretty." She looks over at him and winces. Okay, buddy, calm down. "Well, maybe. Or maybe her friends all dress like that too."
“Yeah, sure.” He sorts over his next words in his head before grinning after he takes notice of her wince. His gaze flickers from the unfashionable girl back to the one he's talking to. “Sorry, that was sort of harsh, wasn't it? I guess my standards rose higher after looking at you, but you could be right. Maybe they all just think that's normal.”
“Honestly, wish fashion police were a real thing so they could arrest her. That should be illegal. Why should I be subjected to this with my own two eyes?
“Some people just like to watch the world burn, I guess,” Touya muses, being pretty blatant about staring at the girl. Okay, so, he isn't the absolute best with fashion himself, but he can dress decently enough not to get called out on it. "I genuinely can't believe whatever friends she has would let her go out like that.. or maybe she doesn't have any. Aww, so sad."
"Pssst.. hey, so, is it just me, or is that lady over there's outfit the worst thing you've ever seen in your entire life? I mean, I'm just wondering, but does she even own a mirror?"
